Markota is out. He will have to undergo an atroscopic surgery to repair his knee meniscus. In my opinion he will be sidelined for a month or two but he should be ready for the next season.

so Markota it out, he played quite good during prep period we will see how much we will miss him..
now Banić will have to take more load on his back together with Lončar who is not a real PF but can play there..
although Lončar was incredibly bad yesterday I hope he will make the best out of this opportunity..
I didn't have an opportunity to watch him much but his stats were brilliant last year in russian league, this season he had injury problems and therefore it wasn't so goods should have been..
if Puerto Rico wins against Cameroon as expected then we are through to the quarters..
I would like to play Slovenia in quarters already which means that we would have to lose to Puerto Rico tomorrow..
for few reasons, we could kick them out in quarters already and therefore ruin their olympic chances and make our chances bigger later on if we win ofcourse plus we played two games during preps.. one we won and second we lost with a buzzer beater, both games were played in Slovenia with a slight home court advantage given by the refs which Repeša commented afterwards..
that gives me more then a good feeling about our possible chances..
and while Canada may surprise us with something (like Cameroon yesterday) our players and coach know Slovenians pretty good (and vice versa) and therefore there shouldn't be much surprises..
but we will see what will happen..

I couldn't watch the game today but we made a nice comeback..
and from what I'm reading Marko Tomas is the biggest reason for that..
he had a good season and his first game was tremendous, I'm glad he continued like that..
he is one of our best defensive players..
anyway, game against Canada is crucial..
we've had so many "historical" games in last 12 years and this is one of them.. hope we can make it..

Tomas played very nice defence but i think the main reason you won is your guards played sensibly. Oh and Prkacin did a great job getting founls, especially from Santiago.

nope, 90 000 euros was too much for them to pay for the whole tournament..
so we couldn't watch a single game on our national tv..
thank God for dreambox otherwise I would kill someone..
