Naturally every team would like to win gold, and for some it is indeed gold or bust, but what do you think your team's realistic expectations are for this tournament?

Well our new coach says he doesnt dare to predict a medal. He says the goal is to get second spot in group stage and than advance into the top 8 teams.
Considering he still doesnt have the list of players that will play for our NT, i have to say these are quite big expectations.
Bottom line, getting into top 8 would be a good enough achivement in my book.

Our NT leaders say its 1/4 F, but for me its 1/2 F. If we did it at the Eurobasket without Smodis, Udrih, Dragic, and with Rizvic playing like he is, i don't see why we couldn't do it again at the Worlds, its basically the same competition with USA, Argentina, added to the mix.My homage to The heroes:

go trough group is must do. other is to show we can play good. main goal and expectation to found some new names. probably main focus will be give chance and test Tomic and Barac. From rest of young players I give chances for Bogdanovic to make in roster, others are way unreadyJordi Bertomeu sucks!

Our dream is to make it to second round , it was very very close in 2006 and now we set this goal to achieve!
Technically , it isn't easy with the presence of teams such as Lithuania,Spain,France,Canada and New Zealand although we keep on our hopes through the games Vs Canada and New Zealand!Proud to be Lebanese
