Levels of Teams in the WC '10

Don't call this Team USA a B-Team. Just because it doesn't feature the biggest egos doesn't mean it's short on talent. The problem is going to be cutting three guys, especially considering how thin we are down low. My cuts:

Russell Westbrook
Andre Iguodala
Eric Gordon

And barely making the cut was Jeff Green. Toss up between him and Iguodala with Green getting the rebounding edge with all of our bigs saying no.
