Any of the top teams could beat this U.S. team on a good day for them and a bad day for us. Brazil showed that with their three point bombs and athleticism.
My list of teams that have a legitimate shot of beating the U.S.: Spain, Greece, Turkey and Serbia. The good thing for us is that all of these teams are on the other side of the bracket. However, since one of these teams will probably be making the final, whoever that is will presumably be on a roll and will come into the final with a lot of confidence. Any issues in the preliminary rounds will have been long forgotten by then.

I think Brazil and Argentina and Lithuania are dangerous matches, luckily we will only have to face one of them....

Yeah, I could see those teams giving us some trouble but IMO it would take a lot of things going wrong for us and a lot of things going right for them for it to be a close game. The other teams I mentioned, I don't think they would need as much chance involved to give us a close game.

I really don't think what Brazil did good to come up against USA was to bomb treys and their athleticism. What they did good actually was to slow the game down, dictating the tempo with their pg Huertas and playing pick and rolls flawlessly.
This USA team is beatable any day by playing basics of the basketball with this roster, and if my NT could achieve that, i will be on clouds, for sure.
BTW If the USA wins this tournament, they should start sending college kids/overseas/minorleague players to those tournaments, I mean 5 SGs, 5 SFs(including Odom the fruitcake) 1 center and 1 pf
