(I have been hanging out with him for the last two nights and he really is a great person. He even told me that I can sit with the Lithuanian fans section during their games and can join them when they carry the big flag during the timeouts.
I also plan on hopefully meeting him and the rest of the Lithuanian fans in Istanbul during the second round and quarterfinals).

Stereotypes have never been helpful. The 95 final is a good example of how bad calls + bad temper is an awful combination in any sport. Cool head, show respect and unless is the 80s and you play in Greece, the referee will be alright

you can't change that, atleast not in the short period of time anyway..
what happened to us, wasn't just a one bad call..Actually, I think in that game it was the temper of Lithuanian stars that cost them the gold - above all other minor things. They simply could not concentrate on the game at the end... and Sabonis has always been a bit of a cry-baby, that's for sure.
