They do it for the fans - it's more exciting this way.

    Damn, I'm so happy!

              • The good thing is, we did not play that well, just Spain was simply terrible in the 4th quarter. There's still a lot to improve in our game I hope we will get better.. This is actually a very exciting team to watch.. During prep games, we also made a couple of great comebacks, just like today and 2 days ago. Lithuania has an incredible will and mental strength, what we lacked since 2003. I still doubt that we will go that far in the tournament (Quarter-finals maybe?) due to lack of experience and skills, but I am sure that the whole country fell in love with this team..No matter the final outcome!

Uno, dos, tres - Ispanam pizdec!

                • Congratulations everybody, after the game I immediately switched off tv and didn't watch after party. Did Gasol cried?

                  • Pocius by his fearless style of play in some way reminds me of Macas. And he really can defend, the way he chased down Navarro was a pleasure to my eyes
People don't come with instruction manuals, that's why to figure them out, you have to press their buttons...

Well he should have.. Gasol brothers are worldwide-known for crying.. Especially the older one.

                          • It´s terrible !!!!!!!
You´ve got to search in very old archives to see 2 losses in a row (USA & France) and after a victory lose again (3 of 4)...and hoping not to fail again tomorrow!!!!!
Last quarter was simple unacceptable, we don´t have bench at all, with only 6 players at a decent level you can´t win a match....¿Who are Fran Vazquez and San Emeterio? I´m really dissapointing right now
Now, if we can reach the eight finals is really a hard way ¿Turkey at home? ¿Greece and its power?
This is the end of an era I´m afraid

You should celebrate victory instead of "insulting" spanish players

Great game. Spain gave us a small chance do built up momentum and we used it. You cant say they completely choked, just we were amazing at the end
