OK, we know Turkey will play zone, but I was wondering how Greece will react.
- Printezis did a great job last year on Turkoglu. I'll eat my hat if we see a repeat on that. Printezis is a huge disappointment so far, few minutes, no defense, no real help offensively either.
- There's something rotten in the kingdom of Denmark - err, sorry, Greek periphery I meant. DD was OK yesterday, but the team as a whole doesn't perform. The quick and athletic Turkish perimeter will have them for breakfast if they don't improve massively
- Fotsis on Ilyasova, I suppose. I have no idea (and I doubt anyone would bet any money on that either) what's Fotsis's shape after all that happened, but I think he should be able to pull a decent performance at least defensively.
- Turkish front line. The most sensible (and what Greece have traditionally done) is to play with an agile center getting base lane help. I think we might see a Tsartsaris-Kaimakoglou duo receiving much playing time."If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?"

Perperoglou is sick and didn't participate in practice and also Bourousis did not practice with the others.
Both players though are to play normally."The worst part is wondering how you’ll find the strength tomorrow to go on doing what you did today and have been doing for much too long, where you’ll find the strength for all that stupid running around, those attempts to escape from crushing necessity, which always founder and serve only to convince you one more time that destiny is implacable, that every night will find you down and out, crushed by the dread of more and more sordid and insecure tomorrows.~Céline

My opinion for score something like this 72 - 61 (+10-15) with Turkey's win. I don't think Greece can do high score against our defence. They played terrible in PUR game. They did only free throws at the end and they won with experience.
In last WC, we don't have enough experience for last minutes of game against Greece. But this time our team have enough experience and 10,000 fans..
Our only handicap is free throw percantage. Especially our inside players awful which we will need in this game...
If we can play on Fotsis and Shortanitis, they can be angry again like Serbia game. And quick fouls, brawl, adrenaline to our 10,000 supporters and team..
Everybody know well, Turkish teams really different with high motivation and adrenaline with any roster..

Playing in front of the fans is not good always, actually that worries me a little. Hedo is awful again and the front-line players couldn't get in gear yet. Apart from these we should win this game. Considering the probable match-ups, it's a MUST win (for both teams actually).5 out 6 scientists say Russian roulette is safe.

if we can't do it this time. i am afraid we will never beat greece
we are in good shape especially on defence.. defence is very important for us..
good defence also fires our offence..
but i don't know how fotsis and sofo will return to the team..
and we must defend spanoulis well. he plays awesome against turkey..
p.s. i predict a turkey win this time

What's the deal everybody whining about not including Vasileiadis? It's everywhere in the internet, sport sites,forums,interviews...
Enough already
The team is as it is,and we should support it with the roster we have NOW.

We Greeks are really weird. (Although I am not happy with the way coack K is using our guards - you see? I am weird too)
Start your day with a smile and get over it

they will play zone defense ,so we must hit 3pts ,Sofo will suffer between Asik and Erden ,so the refs will give us the solution ,i believe that we will play with both Sofo and Bourousis along with Fotsis DD and Span.
it will be a massacre ,i like it!
