I hopefully will be heading to Izmir, Turkey on the 28th of August and be staying there till 3rd of September after which i will be heading to Istanbul and staying there till the 9th of September.
(all that's left for me is finalizing my hotel accomodation)
I bought Zone 1 tickets from FIBA website (through bilitex) yesterday afternoon for all of the Group D games in Izmir as well as Zone 3 tickets (zone 1 and 2 already fully sold out) for all the second round matches and 1 Zone 4 ticket (all zone 1,2,3 tickets sold out) for the Quarterfinal games on Sepetember 8.
The tickets for the 2nd day of the quarterfinal are already all fully sold out as well as the semis and finals (also I just checked and found out that the first day tickets for the quarterfinals just has zone 5 tickets left so i'm lucky that I got zone 4 tickets).
For all those going to be in Izmir and/or Istanbul during these dates PM me. It would be really nice if we could meet up
Tesekkurler (I have to start brushing up on my Turkish )

Man there are some common swear words in Greek, Turkish and even Arabic.
Some words in Greek like the number 28, general doctor, a girls' named Khara (which in arabic means "skata" ) are all swear/bad words in arabic.
Also a common arabic name for girls is Mona (so imagine ur trying to be nice to her and calling a sweet name by adding "aki" to her name )
