Great win by Spain, seems the oddsmakers knew what they were doing by making them 3 point favorites in this game.
Phenomenal career offensive performance by Marc Gasol and they needed every bit of it.
Australia once again just couldn’t get over the hump. This group now has failed twice at it in both ‘16 and ‘19.
They won’t get it done next year as presently constituted either. Ben Simmons is their hope to finally get them to the promised land.
