It was clear but now we have solid confirmation about Onuralp Bitims defense. Most of the time he defended Clyburn by himself without help and he did a solid job overall. You cant shut down a player like Clyburn entirely but he managed to stay in front of him. His ball control is improving too but he needs to play calmly.

21 points with being guarded by Clyburn is not bad at all.

Sadik Emir Kabaca had a very good game against Bursaspor. Very dangerous stretch four with play making and passing abilities. He needs to get stronger but its clear his path will lead to EL eventually. I am just not sure if it should be next season. He is a very reliable three point shooter and uses his threat to go to the rim effectively.

Bitim stepped up in crucial moments but was also too heated up against GS.

Bitim wasnt as effective as we knew him not a very good game but still scored when he had to.

Bitim is in the EL next season and probably Kabaca too.

Sadik Emir Kabaca again! 17 points 5 rebounds 5 assists in the win against Holon. I was always suspicious about his goofiness knowing his potential. He matured his game in a mind blowing way. A superb play maker and passer for his position. Sharp shooter who has a mid range jumper too. He can create his shot also from the low post. Outgrew the FCL already.

Onuralpas Bitimas broke his points in Eurocup with 26 points. Last season he produced 25 points against Venezia. He is mentally prepared to carry his team. He gave some good passes too but especially Al-Dwari failed to turn them into points. He ended up with 4 assists but it could have been easily 6-7.

Bitim again with a great performance in a Eurocup game against Venice. He was very good on both ends of the court and finiished with 24 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 1 block and 2 TO. He played almost 40 minutes of the game because he is working but his team doesnt.

Bitimas is ruling and he isnt developing just as a mere skorer. He also shows great upside as a pick and roll initiator and he is an excellent rebounder for his position. EL is not even a question anymore. 25 points 6 rebounds and 7 assists against Konyaspor.

The mental change of Sadik Emir Kabaca in the last two games is impressive. He changed his mindset from a good role player to a top three carrying pillar of the team. He is so versatile in the offense... a potential high volume stretch 4 who uses this threat to attack closeouts effectively. His ball handling skills are really great and developing every game. He can also create from the low post for himself and for others. His role in his team has been growing steadily.

This is what we have known so far. The real change happened mainly on the defensive end. He is fighting for rebounds which was a main concern and he has been reading defensive games very well and which results in very good contests. Switchable, has ok lateral quickness, a huge wingspan and very good IQ and feeling for the game.

He will get some offers from EL teams and not just FB and Efes but also from other teams but its too early. If he goes the same path like Bitim he will end up in the NBA in his prime. He is made for the NBA. Defense needs to be established but if he stays with Galatasaray for at least one more season (two would even be better) he is going to be an elite EL player.

Bitim really getting better and better every game and he carries the mental burden of scoring. Very good defender and rebounder too... 20 points and 6 assists.

Ercan Osmani with his back to back 20 points game in the FIBA CL. I like his outside shot and his mobility. Look how he moves with the ball.

                      and how fast he recovers.

What else can you expect from a big? EL Material for sure.

Sadik Emir Kabaca gets more and more nifty in terms of attacking the rim. Its not a secret that he is a very good passer for his position but he is also improving his positioning and rebounding. Defense is still a question mark, especially when there is space for the opponent. I am sure he will land in the NBA some time in his career. 12 points and 5 rebounds against Petkim.

Aygunduz can be really an important piece for mid-range Turkish clubs in few years. Today he showed another good performance with 24p, 9r and 6a. I liked the way he contributes on floor. His offensive game can be translated into next level. I have no question on his physicality of game style. Very active player. He is being relentless, no deadness on floor unlike some of so-called talented Turkish players. Watch him out. He is the hidden talent.
Sports is not only considered as a superiority of physical capability. Perception, intelligence and morality assist it as well. The strong with less intelligence and comprehension can not cope with the less strong but with sufficient intelligence and comprehension. I like the sportsman who is intelligent, agile as well as morally upright.

Ercan Osmani totally dominated Efes front court today. Still has some of Sertac Sanlis clumsiness but amazingly mobile big who can do nearly everything in the offense and his defense is not half bad. Should be Euroleagues next season target. 14/17 from the field 2/3 from the three pointer range 31 points, 4 rebounds 1 assist.

Another impressive performance by Yilmaz this evening. If I am not misinformed, one German basketball scout who is actively contributing to a Euroleague team watched the game in hall. Very interesting choice it would be if he ever goes to a foreign Euroleague team.

He is the greatest piece of Telekom, though he needs special caring and understanding because his hidden skill-set can not be easily displayed by every coach. Coach Can and Yilmaz have mutual assistance and this is seen on court. Time to give him credit for his beneficial season. He can be a great 12th player in NT. He gives everything that you need on floor. I watch his every game with huge interest.

Couldnt watch his game again because of a stupid time table but the stats are saying that the shot is the only inconsistent point in his game. Dont expect him to create shots but he should be able to make the open ones.
