There's a conspiracy theory after the Galatasaray - Antalya game, the last week in regular season. GS lost and dropped to 3rd place. Had they not, they would meet Olin Edirne and would start 0-1 to the series. But now, they matched-up with Besiktas and are starting 1-0 ahead.

People started to discuss if this playoff rule is good or not. (Any team winning both games in regular season starts the playoff series with 1-0 advantage, otherwise the series starts 0-0).

Broadcasting TBL on chanels where people should pay to watch the games is not the right thing to do if you want to popularise the sport. In my opinion it would be much better to broadcast the matches on the national TV, where the fans could watch the games free and even on the internet. Then everyone will be a winner: more viewers for the TV and for TBL, popularising the game in Turkey, more money for the sport, more money for the TV and etc.

Olin Edirne passed Banvit 84-87 on the road after an overtime with a fantastik come back from the 16 points deficit in the fourth quarter and took the advantage of home-court. This can make a much more dangerous situation for the Galatasaray if Olin can reach the semi finals. Meanwhile, Galatasaray beaten Beşiktaş by again overtime 94-90.

Here in Spain people likes a lot this rule arguing every match of the Regular Season will be very important.

I'm not sure about the home advantage against Olin. If the rule is that the 1-0 advantage stands for a win for the very first game of the series (the first game was to be played in İstanbul if the series were to start 0-0) then Galatasaray has no home advantage against Olin. 2 games will be played in İstanbul and 2 in Edirne. Starting 1-0 down GSCC will have to beat Olin in Edirne to reach the finals.



If Banvit reaches the semis, they will have home advantage against GSCC just like you said.

in the normal season, daily performances should change results and galatasaray took on olin at the unlucky periods so if galatasaray match with olin in 100 matces, olin can win only 2 match (olin won 2 matces in this season ) so I do not think that, olin will be succesful.
