I watched Indusaitis' season highlights and I don't understand why wouldn't he attract NBA attention. I don't see so skilled and smooth SGs in EL. There's none. OK, Biberovic when it comes to shooting, but even he is not so smooth as silk and doesn't have as much handles and slashing game as Nojus has. I love Jakucionis jumper, but I think Indrusaitis has by far most effortless jimmy in the country, be far. He raises that ball so naturally and takes it off like it's nothing and shot the thee 43% last season. I specially like how he makes a quick fake, takes a dribble, pulls up - boom, bucket. That's elite. You can't make this smoother than that. He's on the same tier with Rooney, Karnisovas, Jasikevicius, Macijauskas, Siskauskas when it comes to jump shot and to some extent he may be even more flexible and smooth than some of those guys. Terrific jimmy and he can shoot spot up, off the dribble, hanging in a year longer (mid range and fade away), all kind off shots. Legitimate 3 way scorer and he is very shifty going down hill. He's a good athlete too and pretty good defender. So what's the obstacle for him to be an NBA role player? A lack of degree of strength and burst? Maybe, but he is pretty good athlete and with this jumper and smooth driving he seems to me good fit for contemporary NBA, specially that he is not black hole defensively (differently than Jokubaitis, Sirvydis, Rubstavicius). There's no highlights of his play making, but he can pass too. Scouts says that he might end up being one of the most skilled 2024 class SG, but he's not an ISO freak. He doesn't take too many shots and plays very fundamentally sound and balanced basketball. Personally I think he's underrated and I don't see a reason why he couldn't be drafted in second round 2025 or 2026.
From all our prospects I like Jakucionis and Indrusaitis shooting the most. Splash bros. They have amazing jump shot form and are more skilled in terms of individual talent than the rest (even more than Jokubaitis, Rubstavicius, Sirvydis, Brazdeikis).
I think our offense will be sensationally good since ~2028 and further with these mentioned players. Jakucionis, Indrusaitis, Rubstavicius, Sirvydis, Buzelis, Jokubaitis in the same team would be amazing burst of shooting and scoring, very likely upper hand tier than Jasikevicius, Macijauskas, Siskauskas, Stombergas in 00s.
I think Jakucionis and Indrusaitis should be most talented 2 guard punch in U18 EB scene. And there's tons of talent as we know, but they should be the best duet still, IMO.

This fellow is the most skilled and I would say the most talented SG in the country. Too smooth and too versatile. That doesn't mean that he will necessary be the best. F.e. I think Rubstavicius has better motor and will to dominate. But the skill and talent. That's Indrusaitis soil:
quikcamdidthis el March 27, 2024: "Congratulations to @nikemeanstreets alumni @cyclonembb committed @nojusindrusaitiss on. being named gatorade player of the year ...".
36 likes, 4 comments - no.pressure.visuals el May 4, 2024: "• @nojusindrusaitiss // @cyclonembb got a GOOD one! ✨".
And it seems like Buzelis bro Vincas has a nice touch. His jimmy looks very nice and polished. Much more natural than Matas'. Smaller and not so athletic, but could be shaping into interesting SG. Hope he'll get a chance in U17 this summer:

Sirvydis so far in LKL playoffs - 24ppg, 25eff, ridiculous shooting % (64/71/88).
Defensively he sucks, but damn he's providing at the other end.

Rubstavicius found the trigger in the game 2. Nailed 3/5 threes, 11pts in 20mpg, 4rbs, 3stls. From what I see Rubstavicius still needs to get stronger for Euroleague, but as I said I like how his body developing. He's not becoming slower or heavier, just trying to get strong with his current frame and being 200cm + SG will make him very interesting. His lightness on the his feet will allow him to play the 2 full time.
I would say next season it would the perfect situation for him to take Sirvydis' role in Liekabelis. To be the leader, to be one of the best scorer in Eurocup. If he would do it, he would do it being 22yo while Sirvydis did being 23yo.
After one season in Eurocup, he would be ready to play in Euroleague as 23yo. I think Rubstavicius could take a shot at EL already, but why not to take leader's role in Eurocup team? Lietkabelis will be looking how to replace Sirvydis and Rubstavcius is a perfect find for them.
BTW, Givoni shared that Rubstavicius now is 6.8 1/2, but I think it's a mistake. Now way he's like 207cm. He still is 200-201cm I think, something like that.

So Rubstavicius was missing threes in the first camp game, but nevertheless didn't fail to impress some scouts. I washed highlights and I liked what I see. He didn't add much weight on, but seems stronger, faster and more explosive. That's exactly what I wanted to see. Rather than bulking up, he has to go with Manu Ginobili path. Meaning you remain rather thin, lean muscle, but you strong end edgy. This kind of combination is deadly. You are strong enough and yet agile, explosive and skilled. Seems like Rubstavicius is going this way. Very fast, seems very natural with the ball, his penetration is very sharp and his passing is also very sharp. Made some hustle plays at D too. His trigger will be either good or elite, we know that. But if his physicality will be panning out in Manu fashion, he will be a beast. I think really good player is growing.
I need to see more how Indrusaitis' body and athleticism will be panning out, but Rubstavicius ATM seems to be the best guy at 2. He will be a scoring machine in FIBA, IMO, and at the same time very fundamentally sound SG.

Love how Sirvydis fully unleashed his slashing game against Zalgiris. I mean he already has it physically. He's banging man to man in contact situations vs any Zalgiris player including Butkevicius one of the toughest and best defenders in Europe. Include Evans, Giedraitis, Dimsa, he's there to go against them. If he can polish this even further he might become virtually unstoppable in Europe and even come back to the NBA. In Eurocup he showed he can shoot 42.3% threes and he finished his 2 with amazing 61.4% for swingman. I mean that's elite centers soil. Now that his physicality coming to optimal norm for him (he reached new level), he absorbs the contact impressively and with his spins, euro steps, hesitation moves, ups and unders he can manipulate the defense in various ways. Previously (G- League, NT 2023, early season in Lietkabelis) Sirvydis relied too much on his jimmy and jacked too much threes. Now he just goes into contact fearlessly since mid season and that made him different animal offensively. Now he's probably the hottest offensive young EL level scorer in the market. With this development (adding really nice slashing scoring) I'm much more optimistic about him than I was in summer when I expected slightly more from him. Previously I had him more as a role player of top EL teams, now I wouldn't be surprised he reaches key level player status of top EL clubs.
He must sign with EL club. He made a right choice to decline Valencia offer.

To be honest, Hauz Khas Escort are really hot, and there is no doubt in that for sure. Moreover, they are so damn hot that once you have a look at them, you instantly get turned on. The best thing about them is the way they carry themselves.

I have been preaching on D. Giedraitis for a reason. When I saw him with Estudiantes for his first games, I knew he had it. He's elite defender and his offense is sneaky good. There's limitations, but he has more offense than he currently shows and he shows more and more now. I wonder how far he can get with his offense in EL. That is much harder to project. He definitely won't be elite because of lack of explosiveness and athleticism, but he will be pretty nice offensive player too.
I preached this for 4 years at least here. Liths only now realizing what I clearly seen from the scratch:

Indrusaitis with a good season. New Hampshire Gatorade Player of the Year. 14.5ppg is very natural for him. He can be a volume scorer nearly I think, but he chooses to do a little bit of everything and doesn't necessary overdo with ISO attempt. Fundamentally sound guard, I have him most skilled and talented SG in the country (per blood ). Not necessary the best one as Rubstavicius has better motor and length (and probably athleticism too), but Nojus is also a natural defender which is big +.

Well, I caught Rubstavicius' team PO game live. Really physical, edgy, high tempo game. As for PO they really push the ball, that's the difference with EL. It's more similar to NBA. Rubstavicius had a good game and was on the edge to have a great one offensively, but his threes went in and out and he couldn't entirely get it going. Defensively he guarded best opposition PG and this decision by coach didn't entirely pan put. He can't stay with 1 position players with his 200cm height. His positioning is solid, but he lacks lateral quickness for that. I think Brakers PG is soft physically so coach threw Rubstavicius on physical PG of opposition. Rubsta played just last 30sec in the crunch time and his team lost a thriller and his season ended.
What I like about Rubstavicius that he is very active at both ends and doesn't mind contact and is feisty. He goes hard for offensive rebounds from position 2 when his teammates shoots, he doesn't just stand and wait and he can rebound with his length and wingspan. He is agile and swift for his size and that size allows him to take quick difficult shots. Rubstas shots always spot on, I don't see bad misses which is nice. Defensively he still needs to tight things up, but his positioning is not bad. He will be decent defender and with his effort at times will be very disruptive on ball defender.
Is Rubstavicius ready to make real difference in the NT? No. But to me he's a better role player than Dimsa, Normantas, R. Giedraitis already. I will explain why. Those are average guys who melts down, becoming super bleak, as not having any special traits playing against elite. Rubstavicius on other hand has plus shooting for his size and special swiftness/motor. In other words, I believe he can be more impactful for 10-15 minutes going against elite teams than those mentioned guys. Also he's much more mentally tougher than Giedraitis for sure.
Too bad, Rusbtavicius could continue the season and show even better performances, but his season with Brakers was great. He matched and even slightly exceeded expectations and now should be drafted somewhere in the second round, IMO. I kinda doubt he will play more this season. Probably will stick on individual game and some workouts with NBA teams, but I would love to see him balling for some Neptunas. Neptunas would be way too sexy with Rubsta, Tubelis (2002 studs) and Sargiunas.
