Sirvydis was getting big minutes in rytas he didn't deserve how he played.

Later was sold like some kind unfinished product by agents and since rytas gets zero playing time.

How exactly 20 old kid will get better just doing shooting drills ?

In brazdeikis example we already can see 2 rounder pick can sit out not just rookie season, but second year too if you are not showing hoped results.

It sucks that Pistons cut their G league team, that doesn't make sense for rebuilding organisation, maybe they will save money this way which they invested to such as Sirvydis. However, Pistons will most inevitably tank this season. There will be blow outs and in the second phase of the season they will play their young guns. Sirvydis should get his chances. Isaiah Hartenstein hitching between G league and NBA for how long? Three, four years? And he's still 22yo. IDK, Pistons wants their hands on Sirydis which make sense, IJDK if that will turn out well for Sirvydis. I would rather see him completely messing around with VEF in some CL with tons of minutes.

I like how Brazdeikis has guard's skills basically and can post up at the same time. He should GTFA from NY and to play in Europe. Very interesting how his skillset would translate to EL or at first Eurocup. Here's he's balling in G league. While Sirvydis still warming the bench, Detroit is dead last in East Conference so at some point they should give youngsters more chances:

Indeed, Brazdeikis seems to be stuck in the middle, he is too good for G League, but not good enough for NBA. Europe would be perfect decision for him, playing as SF, he has all the tools for that as it seems. However, he has a valid deal with NYK till 2022, probably that keeps him there and try to get his chance again and again

I find it interesting that Tubelis is not appearing anywhere in the 2021 drafts mocks. He has his place in 2022 drafts here and there, first round to be precise, but I thought he already made enough noise to twinkle now and then this year. Interesting that hoopsprospects have Marciulionis at 91, while Tubelis 151 Speaking about Augustas, I think he will appear on the map in 2023 NBA drafts mostly, being 20yo, like current Jokubaitis. NCAA next season most likely, 2 years there and then likely a shot in NBA (I treat his chances of NBA career higher than Jokubaitis).
