Adomaitis team second season in Japan loosing early in playoofs being top 3 seed.
As always lost 2 playoofs games in last minute typical Adomaitis have seen this so manny times when elimination games comes in last 10 years
He prepares team well tactically before game, but simply he is not good coach when we talk about in game adjustments
Adomaitis is robotic coach that very rarely manages to put fire into players for last critical streach
Maksvytis tactically is more less same level, but he has more history with ability to put fire into his players .
Thats main reason why Kazys have better coaching career and his teams results everywhere where better including men NT and youth teams.

Seeing how Jasikevicius handles Fener I want him even more in the NT. I was afraid a bit seeing how he handles Barca (a bit too strict and rigid), but now he proves that just as Kazlauskas he is flexible coach. When Kazlauskas had Jasikevicius, Stombergas in 2000 he played open uptempo offensive basketball. When he had limited, but defensively minded roster in 2013 he played completely different style. I think Saras is completely right giving Wilbekin absolute green light shooting wise. Dude's shooting 40% taking tons of threes. Just let him shoot. Even when he unleashed 16 threes, he still made 30% and ended the game with 12eff. That's not a tragedy and you don't hurt shooters swagger. I think Saras learned thew things from his mistakes in Barca, where he did very good job (we see how mediocre Grimao is lost now), but not perfect.. Even though people overlook that he gave the same green light basically to Higgins when he was still healthy and good. Wilbekin is even more expressed pure scorer so it's all logical.
Now I know that Jasikevicius is capable to give proper roles. He won't try to slow down Jakucionis and his positive wildness and uptempo when the time will come and he will see that Jakucionis is exactly that and you have to go with it. He will adjust to players. This better happen sooner than later.

Speaking about LTU coaches I'm waiting till Tomas Purlys will get a chance and how he will do with 2006 gen this summer. I don't know any other coach prospects in the country. Probably he will fail as almost all LTU coaches, but at least an intrigue.

Zydrunas Urbonas kicked out even from Kosovo. Why I' not surprised. I listened his podcasts...OMG! He's the GOAT of multiple, unimaginable BS. I thought Rutenis Paulauskas was unsurpassable, but, no, Urbonas is all time great. I have no clue how such persons are actually running LKL clubs, but I'm happy Urbonas didn't get a chance to screw with U18 NT. My god, keep him away from commenting, "Mr. Kariniauskas will be the main PG of NT, not Jokubaitis".
Seriously, what is going on with our coaches and how to solve this problem? This is getting ridiculous.
Zibenas is my last hope now. From young coaches I don't see any prospects. None. Maybe Tomas Purlys eventually? I would love to see him working at least as an assistant with LKL club already. We'll see how he continues with golden 2006 generation, he handled that collective impressively.

Hindsight is perfect. Foresight much less so. That's why I always take talk of potential with a grain of salt.

Btw, i remember eurohoops ranked Uleckas as one of the top prospects of 99 generation. I believe it wasn't done by Lith coaches.

Again, how can I respect the level of LTU coaches...It was totally crazy even back then and we discussed it here. Even Auris agreed I mean, really...Vasiliauskas at 1, Kisunas at 3, Vaiciunas at 5. It's not a disaster...it's something else:
