1) Criticizing a player's performance on the court does not constitute hate mail. Criticism of such comes with the territory for professional athletes paid very handsomely for their efforts. In order to be classified as hate mail the criticism must devolve into non-basketball related personal attacks.

2) Why take sides? I see no reason why a Lithuanian basketball fan cannot be a fan of both Jonas Valančiūnas and Domantas Sabonis. And just because you might have more of a rooting attachment to one player rather than the other is no reason to run down the other.

Where? All I've seen is Madmax pointing out Domas' deficiencies on the court in comparison to those of Valančiūnas. While silly, such criticism is fair and not hate mail.

I absolutely cannot understand the partisan provincialism shown by some Lithuanian basketball "fans". It's not about Kaunas or Vilnius. It's one country, one team!

I won't take "trying to win game" as a proof, because standings are too tight and I presume nobody wants to play in playins. Warriors are probably only team that can afford to play to lose.

And he's about to become first ALL-NBA Lithuanian for the first time ever.

Wow, Kings are really good. Deep team. When your 5th best scorer Malik Munk can drop 32pts in a playoffs, you're pretty deep Fox went nuts. Overall, I just watched extended highlights, but it's obvious that such teams are virtually unguardable in NBA court. It's ridiculous how defensive players can't stay with their players. They simply can't. Even such elite defenders as Green looks nearly slow out there. In that context I liked Sabonis effort defensively except few possessions when he allowed players blow by too easily to the basket. But Sabonis gives effort defensively really. Bad game shooting wise for him, but grabbed 16 boards, 3 steals. Literally Fox can get a quality look after Sabonis screen any moment he wants. It was calculated that Sabonis made 17 "screen assists" in this game. If Fox shooting threes that night, Kings is favorite. They have more scoring power, IMO, that crazy cause there Curry, Thomson, Wiggins on the other end...

The worrysome factor is that best shooting rookie ever Keegan Murray was cold. That remains reserves, as well as Sabonis scoring more.
