when the whole Mediterranean League concept was revealed they talked about letting the team that would play in the Mediterranean League go back to their domestic leagues in time for the playoffs to begin..

Most interesting piece of information in the article is that Maccabi can't do what was suggested a few posts up ( not play with the strong team until the end of the season) since it is against the league rules.

this is so stupid..
Holon switched like 9-10 players because of their financial situation and now Maccabi can't? this is so stupid..the league can't tell Maccabi which players can or cannot play unless they exceeded the foreigners limit..
god I'm so sick of this F^&*@#$ league!!!!!!!

my only hope for next season

blatt is a coach cosidered everywhere as a great coach. he is surely an ambitious man and all his victories gave him a all credits he deserve so i guess when he accepted to come back , he asked for a great roster.
as he always said, this roster is just a top 16 roster and i think he accepted this roster because he knew since the beginning, mta will spend more in next years. so let me hope future will be different . i guess blatt accepted to come back not to make miracles wit mediocre roster,but to have a great mta.
