Maccabi Elektra Tel-Aviv - next season (10/11)

My "dream-roster" (actually it's not that exaggerated):
Doron Perkins, Gal Mekel/Scheyer
Alan Anderson, Yotam Halperin, Raviv Limonad
Chuck Eidson, Guy Pnini
Ronnie Burrel, David Bluthental
Mike Batist, D'Or Fisher
6 foreigners, 5 locals (all of them can contribute).
I think people with basic understanding can see that current roster was working pretty good. So there's a need to preserve the goods. And so, we keep 7 players.
The problems are also obvious:
1. Insider who can contribute in the paint. For that reason, I think, Maccabi must invest in a serious player. I do believe that a type of player, like N'Dong, McDonald, or Batist would fit Maccabi needs much better than some heavy European boy. Well, Batist is the best of them all. If I'm not mistaken, he's a free agent this summer. Costs? Well, Lampe wasn't cheap either. Burrel is much better offensively than Lasme.
2. Local regulations. Has to be no more than 6 foreigners. Has to play with 2 locals in the local championship. But we really must drop the not-working concept of Israeli tall boy. There is no one good enough. Period! So: sign 3 tall foreigners, and use local PG (Gal Mekel/Scheyer).
3. Local identity. Maccabi has to use the best Israeli players available. Casspi and Eliyahu are not available. Yotam (finishing his contract) is the next best thing.
Additional costs? Not that much. We save some money on Wisniewski and Green deals.11th Commandment: You shall not say Maccabi is a mediocre team!

Pini Gershon will be the GM next season. So Maccabi is looking for a new coach. Candidates are: Blatt, Katash, and others.
ONE site is very close to Pini, so I do believe it's true.Dog`s Bark, Caravan go

Pini is signed on a 1 million USD/net for the next 2 years- firing him or signing another coach means Maccabi will pay that money, which we definitely don't have.
So I'm terribly sorry for all Lithuanian, Spanish, Greek and Zambian guys because Pini Gershon should be staying in Maccabi.

I think that Maccabi's system with the GM position is quite clever.
You hire a head coach as the GM, if you don't like the head coach, or he messes things up or he is not jewish enough you can fire him and then the GM takes up the head coach position. So its a backup head coach.. not bad. Same thing was done with Svi Sherf as well. So is Blatt really a candidate?

The main candidate is Katash, the 2nd is Blatt.
One more problem with Pini is, that some players don't want to play if he will coached MTA.2022/2023:
PG: Brown, D-BA, Ziv
SG: Baldwin, Hollins
SF: Hillard, Pnini, Menco
PF: Martin, Colson, Cohen
PF: Nebo, Poyters, Sorkin
