As BBL decided to have 16 teams next season instead of 14, there will be two Wildcards given to apllicants next monday. Hamburg was expected to apply aswell as Munich, but they withdrew their applications because of several problems, now there are three applicants left: Nürnberg (relegated), Braunschweig (relegated) and the Luxembourg Stars. I would like the idea to have a team from Luxembourg in the league, they are close to the german boarder and I think they will have a well-organized club with some money. An argument could also be the Luxembourg TV market, especially as I think they are the only sports club in the country who plays on such a high level. We'll see how the BBL decides, I'm sure some people won't like it, hope they don't win.
