Well...Noah and Garnett are very similar in their styles. Both of them enjoy yelling and flexing their muscles after they make baskets. I guess Noah doesn't like to look at himself in the mirror.
"I really like the attitudes of eagles. They never give up. When they grab a fish or something else, they never let it go. It doesn't matter. In a book, they write they find a skeleton of [an] eagle and there is no fish. It means that the fish beat him and killed him, but he didn't let go." -- Donatas Motiejunas

It's not about the game, it's about the words he uses I guess. Garnett is a sucker, no matter his game, he disrepects his opponents.
      It's a bird? It's a plane? No, it's Rudy!

Even the Bulls fans I know have a hard time rooting for Noah.

How come do you know about the words which Garnett like usual uses against opponents? I,ve never heard before that Kevin likes to abase his opponents.

During the whole season, kg mocked other teams rookies (he even kneeled before bayless) & players. Insults & other stuff can't be heard especially in the states, main reason why you don't have microphone on the field imo.

But he showed a lot of misbehavior (elbows in his opponent's face, not necessary to hurt but to make them react, and other provocations worth a teenager in a classroom) along with his usual trash talking. On the last, he also butchered his own teammates, the most famous time being when he made big baby cry on the bench from frustration (as he was prolly not in the position to kick his sorry a$$, something i wish he will be able to after his PO)

And anyway, just browse nba forums (cept boston's ofc), you will see how many people (basketball fans at least) in the states consider kg.

ps : as for noah, He celebrates when his team scores but i don't rememeber him using elbows on a regular basis nor insulting & trash talking his opponents. I would call it positive energy. But comparing both players is ridiculous, noah does not have a 1/10 of kg's skills, what is shameful is how garnett is using those skills (at least this season, hopefully next year he will focus on his own game and stfu)

Thanks man for quite clear description of KG's garbage attitude. I couldn,t imagine before, that so great player can be so arrogant and disgusting. But in other case, who knows, maybe his permanent injuries in whole current season just making him to show a lot of misbehavior and making him to be so nervous also?.. But anyway, it,s not excuse for him. In such high level it,s needed to be able to restrain itself...

Congratulations to Mickael Pietrus because he was an unexpected offensive weapon for Orlando in a last game od 2nd round, some kind of X-factor. Finally, I would add.

Magic guard Mickael Pietrus proves vital in Game 7, playoffs

By Kyle Hightower | SENTINEL STAFF WRITER
                May 18, 2009

BOSTON — When Mickael Pietrus signed with the Orlando Magic in the offseason, he came in with huge expectations.

A former lottery pick with a reputation for defense, he was brought in mainly to stop people first and to score second.

But after a rocky regular season that featured multiple injuries, Pietrus came into the postseason looking to make his first real mark on the Magic's season.

Building on an already productive series against Boston, he had probably his biggest impact of the playoffs Sunday night.

Pietrus scored 17 points off the bench in Game 7 — 11 in the second half — to help the Magic stun the Celtics.

"Just seize the moment," Pietrus said of his series against the Celtics in which he scored in double figures all but two games. "It wasn't about me making tonight, we did it as a team.

"It was what we wanted and we got it."

While Pietrus might be slow to take credit, he certainly deserved a lot of it.

Pietrus had come off the bench throughout the playoffs, mainly in relief of Hedo Turkoglu at the small forward position. But with both J.J. Redick and Courtney Lee struggling to find their shots in the latter half of the Boston series, he got a lot of time at his natural position in Games 6 and 7.

Though Ray Allen got loose for 23 points with all three of them defending him on Sunday, what Pietrus was able to do offensively helped make Allen's points moot in the end.

Pietrus scored six points off the bench in the first half, but he will be remembered this series for what he did at the start of the fourth quarter.

With the Magic leading 66-61 entering the final period, they opened the final period with an 11-0 run to take a 77-61 advantage with 9:59 left.

Pietrus had five points during the spurt.

Said teammate Marcin Gortat: "He seemed to want to step up and score when nobody else would. Whether he was starting or coming off the bench this season, it didn't matter. I was just proud to see him have that kind of night."

While Pietrus was pleased with how things ended up Sunday, his attention was already focused on the task of taking on Eastern Conference juggernaut Cleveland.

"What do they say? 'Work gets paid?' Well, it really paid off tonight for us," Pietrus said. "I just hope that Cleveland knows that we aren't satisfied with this. We are going up there to win and go to the finals.

"You never know when you are going to get that opportunity again and we want to seize it."
