So Granger will leave for 100%? I hoped Heurtel would leave and Granger would stay, there are times I was really mad with him but I also think that his bad performances were partly due to Heurtel being in the team.

Anadolu Efes looks like Darussafaka Dogus lol Until now, I liked the transfers of Anadolu Efes. They are making good moves. The most important move was Heurtel. He is so talented but he is not a big player either side of the court. He messed up over and over at the important moments. Yeah, Jackson isnt talented like him. But He is a good defender and he is not so selfish like Heurtel. Heurtel affected other players badly, not just only himself

I was wondering Granger stay or go? and Efes hasnt scorer sf yet. Lojeski ? He is risky move
      Jackson ? Granger?
      Ledo Furkan
      Cedi X
      Brown Motum

Furkan is gone. Cedi is the scorer sf if he stays. He was the top scorer of the team in Tbl and third in Euroleage. Furkan would be wonderful given chance. Efes cant play two PGs who cant shoot together. Furkan can shoot and create. But hopefully we will sign Guler.

Cedi and scorer sf ? That is completely misunderstood. I meant Efes need player who is creative, shows up at important moments and good shooter. Cedi is not player like that. You cant say him that take the ball and make the score or change the game stream

Looks like Korkmaz really wants to move to the NBA. Efes should do something good with the two million one hopes.

Cedi Osman seems to have set his eyes on NBA as well. I personally do not see him ever making it there, but you cannot blame a kid for trying.

Furkan Korkmaz on the other hand is better than what most people think. especially Coach here. and obviously Perasovic on team

Efes fans are already wet-dreaming about this new-found $3 million, but I'd be seriously surprised if Cavs and 76ers pay those buyouts.

I think we need to make it clear that NBA teams cannot pay those buyouts! There is a very, very strict rule about this in NBA. The maximum amount that an NBA team can pay towards the buyout is $600,000 regardless of how large the contract is for a player.

Anything else that is written into a contract is covered by the player. So if it says that Efes gets 3 million, that means that Furkan will have to give 2.4 mil of his contract money to Efes. This rule was instituted on purpose so that European teams cannot hold players hostage and make ridiculous buyout amounts from NBA teams. So, NBA has a maximum buyout of 600k and that is it. Everything else is what player agrees with his home team that he will pay.

that's true, thank you for reminding.

I saw Furkan reached an agreement with Efes, which probably reduced his $2m buyout to around $1m. the other $1m is coming from Cedi.

Now we can go sign Semih Erden for that money.

Furkan have higher ceiling but Cedi is likely to stick in the Nba. He is a good fit to Cavs where the walking corpses playing. He can be the energy guy and a solid defender when he bulks up. His skill set is really similar to Brewer who is an above average player. Cedi have better 3 pointer than jim. If hec an develop he will stay. Also there are rumours Popovic wants him in Spurs. I think Spurs would be great for him to develop too.

Furkan will have hia chances in 76ers where no one can shoot 3 reliably. But he needs to work on his defense ans finishing near the rim in traffic.

Efes is now paper thin on wings and full foreigners in the roster. Batuk and Ulubay might be their best options. Don't know if they can sign them. Baygul is also free and can be a good addition. But maybe it is time to give Bitim a chance

If Cedi Osman and Furkan Korkmaz will leave, Efes will not be able to replace them with high potential Turkish players. I hope they both stay this year, to pick up some serious roles in this team. I don;t think they are ready for the NBA yet.

Batuk sucks and should not go to Efes. Ulubay has the potential, but lacks the mental thoughnes to become a top player in the Euroleague / NBA. He reminds me of Semih Erden, they both have the skills, but never truly showed it, due to weak mentality..

Baygul is a good player, but not that good to be in a starting role at a Euroleague team.

I was wondering if there is any info regarding Wanamaker and what he will do. He would be a perfect fit for Efes.. One of the best point guards in the Euroleague.

After the departures of Osman and Korkmaz, though the definitude of transoceanic move of the former is not hundred percentile, yet he went to consult with Cavs' staff in order to inform them about the situation regarding the in-use contract, it is just right time to unchain Onuralp Bitim. Even if he is not going to perform well at his first year in Efes senior, his consistency and performance will build up over time without a doubt. I am surely not expecting the coach to leave him one of the main roles in team, however Bitim can at least take a parallel role that what Osman was able to take during 2013 and 2014 seasons. It is a kind of disheartening point to see Doncic and Musa has been taking firm steps forward throughout their career while Bitim is still playing against 17 and 18 years old opponents. Once he was at the same level with those names, frankly, he has fallen behind the top level. Of course it doesn't mean that he can't reach that level anymore. All he needs are more competitive basketball and someone who will take him by the hand to be the driving power of his career if he wants to be evaluated as a elite prospect one more time. I am not sure if Efes has that mentor with required qualifications though.
