Efes did a good job by sending Korkmaz to Banvit.
since they were not planning to use Korkmaz, yes. But not using Korkmaz was a mistake, imho. He's much better than Mutaf can ever be.

I know you dislike Korkmaz's game, but I think you need to see how it goes this year.

Well, in the last champions league I've seen quite a good Korkmaz.. just a good game? He impressed me positively

It's true that I don't like Korkmaz game and I think he will never be a star. Until now I made only one mistake in estimation player profile in future and that is Sasa Djordjevic. I would like if I am mistaking again but I don't think so.
On the other side Mutaf is ok, he is not a star player and never will be but his playing style is just ok and he will be usefull for Efes much more then Korkmaz.

I agree. Besides, Can Maxim Mutaf is known as a good defender. I really don't have tolerance for MM's defensive mistakes anymore. We should have proposed Can-Melih trade to Banvit.

He was our player and should come back to home.

            • Our new player is Bennett. It is a weird decision i think. We already have Udoh and Vesely. A stretch type of player would help more.

              • When will he play? Can he make next week's game?

Many weird decisions are behind us, Kalinic, Nunnalli, Mahmutoglu etc, but maybe this decision could have sense
This guy is working on himself and I like that. It's much worse when we see good player that stagnates from season to season.

                  • At press conference after Zvezda game Obradovic was very clear who is the most resposible for defeat. He didn't say the name but it's obvious that ex player from CZ was target. Maybe (just 1%) he thought on Udoh.
                    He said:
Player needs to do things he is capable, if player try to be hero and try something he doesn't know then it is big problem. He does some things that never did during training but he tries to decide game.

He said some other things about stupid fouls and last atack under basket instead from outside, but this part is the most interesting.

So question is who is guilty, player or coach. In my oppinion player first and second time, every other time is coach who give him opportunity to repeat the same mistakes.

Putting that game on Kalinic is RIDICULOUS. He didn't get destroyed by Kuzmic. He didn't lose a rebounding battle vs a team that struggles in that! He was also quite good on offense with limited shooting he had. Players he was guarding didn't have a great game. He got blamed for missing a wide open 3 with game tied 73-73, and then Jenkins scored on him. Obradovic called for switching defense, so Kalinic switched onto much smaller and faster player and he is to blame? Also what is he supposed to do, not take a 3pt shot in that situation?. Obradovic is a sore loser, and it's unbecoming of him to blame this on him, especially when his 2 primary ball handlers Bogdanovic and Sloukas had 7 turnovers.

Quite possibly he meant Kalinic. But don't understand the reaction - he had open shot and he already sunk 2 three-pointers. He was mad he lost I guess.

Man, sometimes you cannot avoid yourself spillling out your hatred against Obradovic like this one Obra clearly says why the hell you didn't what I exactly said and Kalinic is in the leading role of the position but you call him "sore loser" because of this. You bet your arse, if Kalinic made that 3-pointer, Obradovic would bridle at him at any rate. Open or not, it was not Kalinic's shot unless there is 1-2 seconds left.

At that point he shot 2/5 for 3, one miss was last second attempt end of quarter. He is WIDE OPEN on a tied game, and it is not his shot? Whose shot is it?

                            • Ekpe Udoh is an incredible man. (Not only player).

In the most likelihood, upon hearing the "Long live Mustafa Kemal Paşa(İzmir March)" and "We are soldiers of Mustafa Kemal" chants, which are used to protest Erdoğan's power grab/presidency attempt, he asked for a biographical book on Atatürk. How many foreign players are that aware about where they are etc.? And how many players at all are that intellectual and self-educating? (Ekpe also runs a book club for some years now).

I hope he will stay here for a long time and become a legend, rather than going to NBA for meaningless minutes, as he didn't do this summer. I want him to be an important player if/when he returns to NBA.
