Everything you wrote is right. I would add CZ is much more privileged in domestic competitions like Aba league of Serbian Cup or League. there they win most of trophies, surely they will in next years.
But in Eurolague last two years they have had much worse results than Partizan, I except this one will be same again.

without money from the state, zvezda and partizan would be on amateur level..
but if u ask their fans and their coach, they are fighting against everyone, they dont getting money from the state, their players getting between 100k-200k per years, obradovic is in partizan for love he dont getting salary, referees are against them, and much more bullshit..
look at partizan roster this 3 years and look at zvezdas...
partizan have continuity of 3 years with all important players, on the other hand in last 10 years, every year zvezda was staying without best 4 players..

I think that coaching a "cheaper" roster, dealing with injuries and finishing in better position than expected is a coach success and probably a president's success for not wasting money.
A team's success is what is "writen" in history, which is titles and final standings.

Main part of Partizan's budget comes from sold tickets, through sponsorships and than comes the state. Main part of Red Star's budget is coming from the state, through various channels, like KSS. And those things could be checked.

Regarding that picture and those trophies:

1.Aba league:

--The main person of this competition is N. Covic.
And bcs of that, they will always have referees on their side and do what they please.
If you dont belive it, just look at the numbers of FT attempts in the first game of Aba final.
—Also very important, the same person possess 2 clubs in the competition. Legal? I don't think so.
— If any journalist openly writes about the situation in Red Star, he will momentarily lose his job and receive treats.
From the other side attacking Partizan and Zeljko Obradovic is normal.

2. Kls, Serbian league:

The things here are even worse.
Partizan shouldn't play this competition at all.
Even if we had Lebron and Durant in the team, we wouldn't be able to win it.

This funny guy also said that we had better players, more invested money in the team, which is a lie. Also that Partizan's investment over the past 3 years were 60m €. It's a way below that. Only in the last season we had a budget around 20m €.
Few examples:
When Lesor came to Partizan he was way cheaper.
Also Exum after a bad season in Barcelona.
Also Punter and Ledey.
...

In the end who cares that Red Star has a bad managment and needs to change players like socks.
Players like Campazo or Vildoza, or maybe Shabaz or Kalinic are considered to be cheaper than our most expensive (ex) player Panter?

Red Star in 100 years will not be as successful Eurolague club as Partizan already is.
And yes, Zeljko is in Partizan bcs he loves the club!

I highly doubt PAO will make only 2 transfers this summer with Lorenzo being one of them. We have 4 guards if we count Grigonis on SF position. Sloukas will be 35 during the season...one injury and we will have the scenario like we had in the last 2 months of the season where Nunn, Grant and Sloukas played each 30+ minutes. So, either Grigonis goes at SG position and becomes something like Carroll was in Real or he stays at SF and we bring one combo guard who will be in position like Vildoza was. Waiting for the opportunity...because I don't see Ataman having confidence in Moraitis for the EL. Ok, Kalaitzakis can be the 5th guard but idk...anyway, backup C is must and we are still waiting 11 more days to see if Nunn stays.
