Referees stopped the game and gave the ball to Monaco saying Fenerbahce played with foot. One should be blind to give such a decision or completely biased. I don't know if it is cool, but that's definitely the way a sport named 'basketball' is being officiated. Maybe try to lower down a bit on homerism and you might be able to actually understand it.

Rules are made with certiain dose of technicalities because it would be impossible to deploy them otherwise. That means one player can drive and shoot the ball in any part of the court, under opponent's basket, from half court or even under his own basket. If he gets stopped in dong that with irregular contact recognized as a foul, it will be officiated as such at any circumstance and if it is done in shooting motion or driving after gathering the ball with both hands, it will be a shooting foul.
