Larkin deserves to get a chance after disaster Efes's management decisions which took two seasons from him

Agree with Iskoch that he is the best player in EL history, but he needs one more title(as main player) to prove that. I hope it will be in Fener

Fener lost their chances for HCA with stupid loses long time ago
Beating Oly isn't option so win against Efes means nothing

HCA advantage doesn’t matter much if we get Monaco.

If (probably) Pao and Monaco get 2nd and 3rd places and we will be against Monaco in QF.

If no huge surprise, i don’t see a defeat for Monaco and Pao here.

We just have to lose against Olympiacos for the 6th place then.

I’m convinced that Mpartzokas doesn’t engage in that sort of behavior. Oly (if healthy) can win anywhere.

Well, it depends on who wins in Barcelona next week... Maccabi won there quite a lot in previous years, so it is possible. Then Fener has to win at least one out of two games.

TBH both Fener and Efes are in similar form, some kind of pick, and I can't predict which way will go.
Difference is that Fener is predictable, Efes isn't. We have system and just team on good night can beat us.
Problem is that Efes's amplitudes are maybe the biggest in EL. Larkin is constant, but if Clyburn and Thopmson deliver performance proportional to their contracts, then Efes could beat us.

I rate Monaco as a better team than Barca. Obradovic has more experience than Grimau and seems as he is now at complete peace with Mike James. Barca play with a couple washups (Riki and Jabari and a couple super overated that get 15 mins in Jakobaitis and Da Silva)

I would rather play Barca than Maccabi! I don't trust them at all. I see Monaco as a mismatch for Fener. Fener can beat Barca easily. Oly on the other hand has more chances against Monaco than against Barca. Monaco can't beat them in the slow pace game.

Fenerbahce and Olympiacos have more or less same mentality on the court, they can play defence. Barcelona too.

If Fener and Oly must play tough defence, they can play and stop Monaco offence unless they have incredible 3pt night. As Monaco can’t play same level defence, their offence can take at most one game from Fener and Oly imho.

But against Barcelona, it will be defensive battle for both teams. Because Barcelona defence will not be worse than what Fener and Oly plays. That’s why I think Monaco will be easier opponent.

Fenerbahce is rn the best basketball team in Europe but it has some weaknesses. I strongly doubt another team than Real Madrid could really expose those though. I dont really think that either Oly or PAO can truly beat FB rn.
