Efes gave him too few pieces and the whole player management was a big problem. I mean if you give Tibor Pleiss 0,9 Millions for 2 years and you have Jones and Zizic beside him with two pf with no EL experience there isnt much to do. No, I agree with you. As a new coach he needs a credit but also some things he does seems like he is not the EL level. And if front office and the owner of Efes thinks that this team should be in the playoff convo and fight for F4(imo they should) then maybe Can isn't the one. Sarica knows one style of game and he needs certain player to do so. He is not able to create a system based on the talent on the roster and he is not a good offensive coach. His offense stuck too often. Very overrated if you ask me. I would rather give Atamans old assistant coach Sekizkok a chance rather than Sarica.Originally posted by Edgar View PostComment

Efes has definitely the worst frontcourt in EL , but one of the best backcourts(together with CZ). Jones succeeded to be even bigger clown then Zizic
