He was always next to Larkin. When he left and Larkin injured for almost half season, Micic couldn't lead the team , even with Clyburn beside. Efes is disaster without Larkin , Now we will see what will happen without Micic.

Based on your prediction Efes without Micic will be last on the table
I don't glorify Micic, I'm just saying that he and Simon were perfect fit with Larkin, who had fantastic spacing and room to do what he does the best, scoring.

I don't even know, who they have on Pg, but Larkin for sure can't be the one.

I wonder why Micic has signed for 23.5 mio/3 years and your idol never got more than minimum salary in Nba?

    • According to SDNA (whatever that means anymore) Pao is very close to signing Juancho.

Sport24 also reported on juancho so it must be credible on some level.

        • Juancho would be the most perfect fit and the player for Panathinaikos by far. Great body, great shooter, for Europe great defender...

          • Ataman again manages to shape a great team.

            • With the risk of summoning saras, I wonder if Grigonis will be able to perform according to what we've seen from him in the past. He would be a very good fit if that's the case.

He wont have the pressure he had last season as the only decent guard. I think he'll have a great season. I'm content with him staying on. The defence will have a bigger problem marking PAO since we have much better players this year surrounding Marius.

The only remaining possible signing that PAO might go after is if Dorsey is released.

Panathinaikos is not just a club. It's a religion.

I don't really know. I can't judge anyone objectively from last year's terrible circus. Maybe it's just me huffing some copium but I think that Grigonis can be a decent asset on a well coached team. The only reason I would prefer Dorsey is only because of his greek passport. We'll see.

                      • Ok, so apparently Grigonis is set to stay. I am fine with that. But there has to be one more transfer at SF. Juancho is great. I would take him every time before Mirotic. Nice roster.

Grigonis to split mins between SG and SF.

We're done with signings unless Dorsey is released.

That's fine by me. As I have said multiple times here (to the point of being probably annoying) team building needs patience. We can keep Grigonis who we pay handsomely and if he is trash then next summer he will be a free agent and we'll be able to move for a different SG/SF.

6 players from 1 to 3 position? (Sloukas, Grant, Vildoza, Guy, Papa, Grigonis) isn't that a little bit thin? Especially when there isn't some good defender in the backcourt...that's a little bit risky. One injury and you are in problems.

Technically we have Moraitis too (and Matzoukas?).
