Can someone help me understand what is going on with Barcelona? When it comes to their apparent significant budget decrease, am I dumb? Are they lying?

They are going to pay Mirotic somewhere between 5-11 mil to not play (because they needed to get rid of his contract), they don’t continue with Saras (even though he said he would stay with less money - don’t know how true that is) while simultaneously adding Sanli, and trying to add Willy and his brother.

Am I misunderstanding something? Like, things really don’t add up here.

well believe it or not, it is true. idk how much pao offered, but they were the closest team to sign him but in the end fener said no. the reason for feners rejection of the offer is purely due to ataman. he shouldve kept his mouth shut long time ago. but since hes got fener complex, i really doubt he ever will.

this is like "if we cant benefit from it, he (ataman) shouldnt either." of course, such a thing shouldnt be relevant in a professional arena. you should prioritize your own team, etc. however, ergin ataman is a different matter. were talking about a person who constantly tries to provoke fener in some way. no fener fan likes him, and now even the management has started to respond to him.

Back on topic.. I would pack tone flowers along with Willbekin for instance, but no one wants him, just clubs like Maccabi and Fener, maybe some EC mid range team, that's it.

But Dorsey is quite different story, he is good, not top player tbh, but in today market you can't find many guys like him. So I don't agree about Ataman story, buy out for him means nothing when you lack of good players for buying on that position.

His lack of defense was noticeable but for many reasons including "Well we don't have that many players that can produce enough" he was given a pass. It was when the season kinda went completely south that he showed his true lack of effort which was infuriating.

Point is that I told you how mediocre player he is when his numbers were good and he won some games for you with big shoots. That was just fluke prior his real face and true capabilities. I knew that because he did that in Fener, Maccabi fans know situation there, and it was just waiting for moment when he will explode(negative way of course)

He is clown who amuse fans but while he is doin that his team lose games, because he play just for himself and his show

Oly is natural choice for him imo and if that happen, only sky is border for the team with such roster(not just because him but considering other names including Milutinov). Money isn't issue here imo, just Itoudis's decision if he needs him or not.

It's strange situation, could go in both ways. It's not like James issues in CSKA and Monaco, cos he was there with the team but sidelined. I have my opinion but not sure tbh
