Whoever come won't change anything before roster rebuilding

Itoudis is good coach but he made big transfer mistakes, 1st season was crutial, Willbekin as "leader" was suicide(3 years contract), Calathes was 2nd big mistake. Bjelica 3rd

Idea was to build team around one player and that was right attitude, but you can't afford to have clown like Willbekin as a leader

Problem with Fener isn't coach but president who doesn't have a clue about basketball
Fom the moment he came Fener's decline started. Even Obradovic's last season was disaster

Just comparasion him with guys like Vatutin or Covic who are guys 100% dedicated to basketball makes me cry

the contracts of many players in the team actually expire at the end of the season. jasikevicius could get a long-term contract if he gets a promise that his demands will be met. but before that, gherardini, komsuoglu and yannier need to be fired from this club in order for him to be comfortable in the club. the coaches cant be the only ones to blame for the last 3 years, can they?

i would like itoudis to be given another season, but unfortunately there are not many good coaches available. as much as i like trincheri, he has no success in the euroleague yet. jasikevicius is a coach who at least made the final four with zalgiris. pascual is already coaching a team. but as i wrote above, if that trio continues to stay at this club, jasikevicius will also look like a failure at the end of the day but till then jasikevicius is the best option we have.

You are trying to be optimistic here. I wont judge you because of that but Trinchieri showed his value in Partizan and Bayern with really low budget teams and considering Jasikevicius past with some FB players he wouldnt even be my third choice. I hate his old fashioned game of the 60tees. His game is boring, boring, boring.

Willbekin has 2 more years, Pierre, Heyes Davis, Papagiannis and Madar too. Only Calathes from Itoudis's boys will be free at the end of the season for sure. Dorsey maybe but I would keep him

Regarding Gherardini, Komsuoglu and Yannier, that's a fact but who is in charge for their positions and who can fire them. You know the answer

Couldn't agree more with you. He plays slow tempo offense where there is literally no freedom for players, everyone has to play 20 mins...I also "adore" his rotations when he subs off player immediately when that player gets hot. Hayes, Calathes and Sanli played horrible under him in Barca and your backcourt is Wilbekin-Dorsey when you are defensive minded coach...
Fener should risk it with Trinchieri at least till the end of the season and that could work in my eyes but it will be very interesting to see this even tho I would be shocked if Jasikevicius makes any result this year with these players.

I think he will play much more than he did with Itoudis at the bench. Ofc he will not be allowed to run, to try find a clear shot for the teammates but hey at least you know he will tap the ball 20 secs while they are trying to have Papagiannis in the mismatch 5m far from the basket and Jasikevicius will be thrilled

Itoudis made realy poor job with roster making. starting from Willbekin ending with Madar.

But as a coach he is one of the best, with Efes roster(for instance) he would be title contender 100%

Won't change anything at least 2 seasons until rotten contracts expire

The only solution could be if he can bring Larkin next season. He is the only guy who can lead this bunch of clowns that Kokoskov and Itoudis signed
