The surprise transfer of the week for me was Taylor Rochestie to Le Mans. I genuinely didn't know he was still playing- apparently his previous team was in China. Good to see he's still playing at a high level.

Hopefully he will force DPG to an ironclad contract that will involve:

1. 3 years contract (no 2+1 bullshit)
2. Unbearable buy out (in case DPG wants to throw him out)

Pozzecco didn't take the risk, perhaps he read that Pana's fans don't want him, so the new coach is Serelis (Lavrio). The definitive choice probably will be made in the summer.

Very important that together with Radonjic also Vovoras was fired. He was rightly considered a co-responsible for the negative results. So the next coach will be free to choose his assistants, an excellent decision.

Finally clown radonjic was fired. Him and pedoulakis are the shame of the basketball team throughout our modern history. It was expected anyway from defence oriented "coaches" that have provided 0 offensive basketball anywhere they were.

Anyway, the championiship is 99% lost so whats important is the coach next year. According to every media in greece, laso is the target. Lets hope its true and giannakopoulos has learned from his mistakes and will go for an offensive coach. PANATHINAIKOS is a huge team and people like pedoulakis or radonjic or sfairopoulos have no place in the team, trying to convert us into a modern version of limogues 30 years later


Btw its a joke that giannakopoulos brought players the " coach" didnt want. He only did that with bacon and he did the right thing cause without him we would be scoring 50 or less every game due to offensive lackiness of the "coach" and his non existent plays. Plus players like walters or williams are players that had already played with radonjic in the past. The only giannakopoulos did wrong was bringing back that clown pedoulakis who was the one who chose radonjic, he is his montenegrian version after all, and let these 2 idiots ruin the season with their inability to be in a huge club.

Radonic gone from Pao. This is a decision that makes sense given how the team was playing and how the atmosphere in the team appeared to be toxic (Bacon refused to get in the game late).

Now, although this might be an expected move, I don't expect anything to change. The main problem is not the coach (who has shown decent work at CZV) but our favorite president/instagramer. Although nothing is certain and I'm just speculating here, it seems that Radonic was given players that he didn't want. My main evidence for this is that this roster can't play the game that Radonic seems to have played (looking at you Williams, Bacon).

Although I mentioned that the atmosphere is toxic within the team, it has been toxic around it too. DPG, his behavior, and his erratic decision making, have been an absolute menace for Pao's legacy. No serious person will not to be part of this team soon enough. Patience is running low from the main office and this is also passed on to the fans who have seem to be driven away.

I really hope that soon will hire a top coach that will be given free reign over the team but at this point I have given up. I honestly can't even watch our games anymore.

Panathinaikos reportedly is negotiatiating with Pozzecco. He could be good option for coach. Two minds and two tempers what have DG and Pozzecco could match well. After long time, Panathinaikos could have decent coach for club of such history like it is.

sorkin 2025. well. good player under the basket, a great fighter, but again and again, a fwd must be a (very) good shooter. if u are just a "painty" player, today is not enough in europe. thats something in mta nobody still didnt learn

Real didn't show any interest because it seems that they will try to bring Campazzo back.

Consequently the excellent PG realized that the best option for him is to renew with Maccabi, he took the right decision.

Yes, it is. Agravanis is ready to "die" on the floor for the team.. I think that we will only see the young players play in basket league or maybe during the last minute of an EL game.
