Who is Europe's best basketball club?

I know that this is a very debatable question however, being a non-European I am curious to know presently who is Europe's best basketball club?
This is in terms of individual player quality (interior, wing & point), defense, rebounding, management, coaching, financial backing. Basically, the lot.
What I mean by presently I would be seeing the past 3 or so years.
Would you say Maccabi Tel Aviv? However, are they at an advantage of having 4 non European players?
How about Tau Ceramica Baskonia Vitoria? In terms of financial backing I know that they have a fair bit.

Thats hard to say... relative, but looking at last few years - CSKA, Maccabi, Panathinaikos, TAU and some other rich clubs are the best in all views.

Maccabi had back to back titles, spends a lot of money, has arguably the best fans in europe and the management is pretty good.

Cska is since 2 days ago the new european champion, maybe the richest club in europe, and the management is great.

Pao didn't reach the f4 this year but still has 3 titles in the past 10 years, spends alot of money, has great fans and perfect management.

Tau also has the best scouting and great players, and is very consistent in reaching its european goals. It hasn't won the euroleague yet though.

They all have great players- it is very hard to decide which has the best.

These 4 teams r the best in europe imo.

It is difficult to win the EL title. But I asked myself another question... Is it easy to win the Regular Season group?

How many Efes Pilsens are there?

eurobasket's rankings are based on the number of wins and stuff... but there are also coeficients (at least I hope there are, eventhough calculating all this stuff I am more and more convienced there are no...) for each league, so wins and losses are multiplied by that coeficient, same for euroleague, UlebCup and Fiba competitions...
But the question would be how in the world did they get those coeficients for different national championships... I guess it's just some random ranking on how strong the league is supposed to be...

and than it comes:
Železnik (23-10, 8-4 UC, 15th) and Hemofarm (22-11, 11-5 in UCup, 16th) in front of Climamio (17th, 19 -10)... both competitions that Serbian clubs played in (UlebCup, Adriatic league) are inferior to Climamio's ones (EL, Lega) Italians only have 4 or 3 wins less combined...and yet Železnik and Hemofarm manage to be infront of Climamio? beats me...
and yet it shows that Hemofarm eventhough they had much bigger succes in Uleb Cup (for which person would suppose it's ranked better than Adriatic league) than Železnik (semi's, compared to UCup playoffs) that one single win kept Železnik in front of Hemofarm...

Vojvodina with same number of points as Žalgiris, ahead of Montepaschi, Dynamo Moscow, Boducnost ahead of Girona, Olimpija

smells like Serbian teams are overated, some heavily...
