The team has had few injuries and setbacks so far, making our thin selection even more thin. Next games will be played in a tournament taking place in Georgia with Ukraina and Belarus being the two other participants.
damn, this is probably most limited team we have since 97. EB. Thak God Serbia is best team we will face this summer
It looked like horor move when Repesa tried to organize ofense trough Andric and Markota. Those 2 togheter have IQ of room temperature. Even he realized that was most idiotic thing he tried and leater orderd just to play pick, nothing else. But it's also his fault. There are 0 plays made for shoot after screans for Pilepic and Vrbanc and I'm trying to find out why the fuck he call those 2 if they won't be used for oly thing they can do. They surly won't create or play tough defense. Ukic and Sipcevic as usual can't organise sheeps on paper. Well atleas Stipcevic looked decent as much as he can, but man would expect Ukic with age will learn something, but he plays worse and worse latley.
Rudez and Markota at PF? I must light candle for Saric quick maturing and hope banic will change his mind, because with this 2 Croatian fans will feal lot of pain for years if they eventually will take trip to Slovenia and disgrace (represent ) our countrie
When Andric, Markota, Simon and Ukic played togheter defense looked like swiss chees. Adric made Stimac look like Jabbar. Oly players that played some defense were Babic, Planinic and Marcinkovic. But damn, fuck Repesa and his love to limited players like Marcinkovic. Marin Rozic compared to this guy actually looks like basketball player
basically a friendly tournament of four Ex-Yu teams (Bosnia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia). They all play in one group, everyt eams plays each other once. Results from day one ---
Croatia 74-90 Serbia
Slovenia 79-80 Bosnia
My country, Bosnia, has played a few other friendly matches this summer. We bat Montenegro in a close game, and lost to Italy and Finland in games we could have one. Nice victory against a top European side in Slovenia, especially at their own home too. Next matches --

I was also wondering what was Repesa thinking when he strictly ordered to play those 2 picks on that timeout, when it was so obvious that won't work, and in 2nd quarter he narrowed deffence when it was clear that we have good shooting night, maybe im wrong but it was terrible coaching by Repesa last night...

Well, this Slovenian team has the potential to rightfully lose by 30 to Serbia, without any serious guards to speak of and only PG's from Slovenian 1st league (Zagorc, Rupnik). Slovenia having a chance to win it in the end was a positive surprise to me considering the roster. This version of Slovenian NT basicaly isn't all that better than some teams BiH will come across in the qualies, definately worse than what Latvia can come up with and somewhere on the level of Georgia maybee, that's why I believe BiH has quite some work to be done untill than.
I expect a clear loss against Croatia today, hopefully with Murič, Rojc or Blažič performing nicely, along with Z. Dragič we'll need them after Udrih, Lakovič, Vujačič(?), Nachbar, Ožbolt retire from NT, mostlikely right after 2013 EC

I must say I'm very surprised by Nahbar decision to play this prep games when Slovenia has no competition this summer. He deserves huge respect from all basketball fans
The score looks worse than the game really was. It was back-and-forth, lots of offense. The leads were usually around four-five points, and that is how much Serbia should have won by, but our head coach (petrovic) got a technical foul, leading to four free throws for our opponents. Then we fouled them again, costing us two more free throws. I liked the performances of Zach Wright, Nihad Dedovic, Mirza Teletovic, and Elmedin Kikanovic today.
Slovenia 83-76 Croatia
Nice win for the hosts, as they imrpove their record to 1-1. Now, Croatia are at the bottom of the cup and haven't won a single game yet. They ahve one ore chance to do so...

Agree, we were horrible in defense, simple this would be disaster against top Euro teams.
This is the age we are currently living in, where war is peace, ignorance is strength and slavery is freedom.
