Reports on HilltopperHaven.com say that Japeth was no longer wearing a boot and no longer uses crutches as of yesterday's win over Southern Illinois. No definite timeframe yet, but at least he's back to normal. WKU needs his presence down low.
Going to the West Coast: No sign of Gian Chiu in Oberlin's 76-58 win over perennial NCAA doormats Caltech. Next games will be over the weekend against Pomona-Pitzer and Claremont McKenna. I wonder what's up with the kid.Keep running, big boy.

Still, the best of luck to him. Hope he gets into Johns Hopkins.
Out of topic: Do we (Filipinos) currently have numbers who studied in top universities in the United States ? Kindly give me a list of notable ones (it doesn't have to be a famous person).GILAS WISHLIST:

In this case, I think Gian is aiming for top med schools in the Ivy League (Harvard, Yale, Princeton, U of Pennsylvania, Cornell, and Brown). And by the way, the exam is called the MCAT; pre-med students should try it. lol

Gian's academic grades are so excellent and his coach is said to be so proud of having a player who is consistent Dean's Lister.LABAN KUNG LABAN! KAYA NATIN PILIPINAS!
