I don't think there is any prohibition for naturalizing multiple persons under one bill or law. So I think this is a good time to file another bill to naturalize another or other top naturalization prospect/s (i.e., Austin, Kouame, even Akhuetie). Then consolidate these bills para isahan na lang. Millions of pesos and a lot of time could be save if this is done.

The only hitch I see with Brownlee is that he's already 30 years old. If only he is around 25, mas ok sana.
Remember that when Marcus Douthit was 34 or 35, Douthit was already washed-up. But of course its case to case basis naman."A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

Brownlee was so enamored with the country, the fans and the culture that he wants to be officially Filipino and not necessarily a Gilas."A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game.
