Just watched Tamayo's recent training video. He is working on his footwork, back-to-the-basket moves (mostly turnaround short-range jumpers) & jab step. IMO, we should just stick to 6'5-6'6 small forwards as we will remain an up-tempo team for some time.
It worked for Puerto Rico and they managed to stay competitive in the last FIBA World Cup.

PF - 6'7-6'9
C - 6'10+
