Different Cortez. UST got Mike's son, Jacob who is a guard. Raven is still with DLSZ and as far I know is still in Senior High School this coming school year.

Mabusisi ba sila magsiyasat sa mga ganyan bagay? Baka naman mahihilot pa

Trans: he has a lot o potential. He looks athletic for his size

I could see him being an effective small ball 4/5 very explosive under the basket and he looks strong to with some crafty moves

From the way I understand analyzed regarding that matter, FIBA's "passport before 16 years old" rule isn't really "to the letter". Meaning you can still be declared eligible if for instance you obtained/secured Philippine passport just a few months after his 16th b-day, specially if you applied for Philippine passport prior to your 16th b-day. I think that is the case of James Daniel Spencer of Batang Gilas U-18 team & UP. He obtained his Philippine passport after his 16th b-day but was declared eligible by FIBA.

Baka ito yung kaso nina Sage Tolentino & Remy Martin.

Still, mabuti na yung nakasisiguro so better to obtain/secure Phi passport before/prior to your 16th birthday.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

Cheating is worse that relying on mercenaries like what the SBP is doing, we just keep looking for fil-foreign talent, hindi ba kayo nakakahalata, almost 10 years na ang hagop rules, that design to force each member countries not to rely on mercenaries like Qatar doing previously and to improve the home grown developmental program but SBP have no measure to live with it, hindi bat so kai ay pinipigilan pa before na mag training sa abroad

Documents of would be FilAm applicants should read that the Citizenship Date of effectivity should be one and the same as the Date of Birth as prescribed by our constitution, notwithstanding actual date of issuance... let’s see if kupal Hagop could resist and come up with an opposition to the validity as per the eligibility Of document holder.

His talent level could probably present Gilas the much needed boost in explosiveness and power around the paint in the forward position.
