                  • This podcast, Christian Thibaudeau talks on creating the best training split by understanding the relationship of adrenaline to overtraining.

Was listening to this a lot of good stuff in here about motor learning, developing creativity in athletes at a young age. Also great about learning about the types of athletes and their physiology. Thought the part about using carbohydrates to control glucose levels as well as testosterone since Filipinos eat lots of rice.

                      • Soon enough we will see 6'11-7 foot kids playing small forward.I know the NBA have KG and Giannis already, but with Sudanese and other Northeast African kids will improve their skills, I think the future will be incredibly tall.Just look at this kid 6'11 kid.His skills are pretty raw but his handles, footwork and shooting is impressive for a guy his size,he's listed as a power forward but looks more like a point small forward to me.Makur Maker is a legit post player with good handles and three point shot but this guy Mading I think can really play the wing. It's either we start recruiting African kids as early as 14 or we start training our 6'7-6'9 kids to be a point guard or at least a shooting guard.

We can start on kobe demasana, I think there still time for raven Cortez, he is only 17 years old, this 2 kids have a fundamentals of small forward/big guard and in proper guidance, they will reach they potentials

I hope it's not too late for Raven. He'll be like Rosario who can shoot and dribble a bit but not really as quick as natural small forwards. Demisana should start as early as now but we all know that here in the Philippine he with his size will not be utilized as a wing. I am looking forward to the Edu brothers.I hope some of them can play high school basketball in the US.
