Is this real for Unique Naboa?
Probably the 5 foot 8 part is real. Haha. But wait what is this doing in the Big Man thread??

Seriously though his wingspan is crazy for a guy his size, but his other stats and his vert is another level for his height. Whatever his daily training and excercise drills are, our local highschool and college coaches should use for all pinoy teens especially kids projected to be 6 foot 5 and above. They should do this ASAP!

Yes, these are very good home exercises. Wearing on some belted weights in the upper body and legs, and you get 80% and better results of a pricey full-equipment gym.

Your friends will scratch their heads to see boys outwork bigger guys with ease though they havent seen them formally train.

His wingspan is actually normal at his height about 5’9 if converted from inches

        • What is VMO and why it’s important for knees and knee health/pain

The VMO muscle is the vastus medialis oblique muscle in the thigh. It is important for knee rehabilitation. Here we explain VMO exercises.

Except for Kai, AJ and Kamaka who obviously is on the next level, with Kobe, Carl, Sean, Will and Rhayyan wherein I considered them in the mid or decent level but it all depends on the dedication of those dudes if they want to achieve and maximize their full potentials. As for the rest I had no idea, still hoping that despite that they are surrounded and influenced by a primitive minded basketball culture, those lads may had the so called self driven attitude to research and explore on their own, worth mentioning some online modules currently posted in different youtube link wherein they can view the latest skills training modules available online. I think with the current situation wherein there are still lot's of restrictions, these online modules presented and posted by different well known skills coaches is a good alternative to those youngsters, now the bottomline is this, do they had the motivation and dedication to consider these options or they are already contended with what they had, basketball skills-wise.I hope they didn't fall in the category of the so called "what if's" because they still had their youthful years on their side..Time is the essence here.

                  • I saw that big men's list a long time ago. As reality will have it, most ended up as failed centers and forwards due to lack of skills, athleticism, and definitely lack of class AAA discipline and will to improve themselves on a very lonely and difficult road to excellence.

The good thing is that the young bigs we're seeing today are way better. As i see it, all these bigs need is a beacon of hope. If kai makes it to the nba, and do good for years, we will see monster pfs and cs for the first time in less than five years. It is a mental thing really.

                    • Demisana should improve.Hoping he'll be very good not only in the amateurs but all the way to the pros. He and the other guys made history in last year's edition of the junior NBA.

                      • Imagine if we could train our bigs like Edu and Kuoame to have the scoring instincts, toughness, right amount of athleticism, balance, foot work of Shawn Long.Shawn long is at least 6'10 255 lbs.Maybe we could be dominating Asia again, just like the old days. I think the ideal weight for both Edu and Kuoame. another thing is that he has almost the same wingspan as AJ Edu around 7'1-7'2 8'10 standing reach*. I describe his game as a hyrbid traditional low post big with an extended range. He's good enough to dominate almost all the Aussie centers in the NBL.

Demisana has Potential. Hope Ewp can sponsor him. Who knows, he can be as good as Kai.

Papa, started late in basketball. Hope it is not TOO late. I hope he can develop to be a good player. May lahing italian pa naman sya

                          • I hope demisana at 15 can get the same training as kai did at 17 with TSF. A 2 year headstart that will focus on strength, athleticism and conditioning can do wonders to this kid.

First, He needs to be wiling.

Second, He needs to be released by his mother team. (Demisana can also finish HS furst just like what Kai did)

Third- His family/Parents are willing to go abroad with him
