I'm sorry to deferentiate between Fil foreigner and home grown, unfortunately the reality is length and athelcisim is the starting point of talent to be developed. And reality is we don't have that raw inate material in home grown they're however found abroad in Fi foreigners. It is what it is.

I totally get where Mark's statements are coming from, Tab says the same thing about the Philippines.
The skill level and passion of basketball in the Philippines is indeed crazy. I get it. And Tab has always said there are enough tall players to form a 12 man tall national team of legit height. I get that. And I don't deny that's true
