Pangalanan has better motors, more physical and more tougher compared to Lepalam.. Pangalanan is more of a center while Lepalam is more of stretch 4. Pangalanan will be more of a 6-10Dorian Pena while Lepalam is a 6-9 Ervin Sotto...

      • Let hope na when they play in the pba , they will go to teams that needed a bigman , and get playing time.

That is, if they will go that far.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

I'm sure they will be drafted the pba lacks tall centers , but getting playing time and exposure will be another story

I agree. Lepalam appears more coordinated and mobile. Pangalangan can be develop as a bruiser. A 6'9 or 6'10 bruiser in the PBA is serviceable

              • A lot of size in the next few drafts

                • As of now

Pangalangan- 6'10 version of Wilmer Ong
Lepalam- 6'9 version of Mark Telan (in the pros)

hoping they could improve their physique and get more 1 on 1 trainings to improve their skills and draft stock.

Between pangalan, lepalam, cariňo and aquino, cariňo have the most coordinated move, got highest expectation because of his successful stint in Asia u18 but he is lazy, lepalam have decent high school stint being part of first 5 of LSGH, aquino have unnoticeable college basketball stint, despite of being a son of one of the 40 greatest players in the PBA history and grow up with great basketball players like Kobe paras, ravenas sibling, kai sotto while pangalan we can say is the newest but he got the most desire to be successful

An eager player will always be the best. Pangalangan needs hard dribbling mastery, two hours daily, while running at guard sprint speed and dribbling while burst-speed left-then-right spinning and crossing over in the shaded lane, to ensure double handed brain-hands coordination. He needs two hours practice for 3-5 meter leaping rebounds (one hand then two-handed grabs, leaping first from left foot then right foot) and follow-up shooting. He needs 2 hours a day for 5deck-5ball shooting practices at 10 then 15 feet around the basket with timed quick releases to gain rhythm , baller reflexes, and great confidence. Then, 30 minute team-passing drills for inside-outside attacks (NO shooting, just high-speed, automated passing and hard pnr settings). He must be a very good individual baller first, before transitioning to a good team baller later. Try these exercises on nerds. You will be surprised how fast they will exceed ligang labas boys within just two years.

Mastering these baller basics will earn him a good pro baller living later, even with minimal 5x5 uaap full-on training. There are gyms closed after 7pm, so he must sacrifice by putting in the extra hours of agility practices. He just needs enough helping brothers and friends to serve him the ball. The long hours of dribbling, spinning and rebounding practices can even be done in just barangay street courts at night and dawn hours, so fools need not bother him. He must practice baller moves NOT practice games first.

His moves lack fluidity and are very awkward -- an absolute sign that he hasnt even mastered his own body movements. This boy definitely has had incredibly dumb coaches.

There are too many extremely stupid local coaches with barangay-doomed capabilities who think that bigs are trained by putting them some 5-10 minutes of garbage time on the floor. And some guys still think foreign coaches with common-sense are not needed.

Tab is good not because he has experience. He has common-sense enough to force the team to focus on simple movements and formations that win. Well, at least before he coaches padrigao the hair guy...

Filipino coaches need to get rid of the traditional ways

                              • SBP should initiate a tie up between local ball club and training facility in abroad like the one where kai is currently training or local college ball club and US NCAA division 1 school so our local players can get access on.first class/latest training technics even without leaving the country
