                    • Anybody here from Pampanga and know these two kids? because if the guy giving the certificate at least 5'4 or 5'5 the these kids are more less 6'3-6'4 and maybe there only 12-13 years old.

I read that too way back year 2006 or 2007. So even if Parks is now a legitimate 6-4 (a lot of pipol even doubt this), meaning he grew up by only 2 inches from when he was 13 years old to today. And that's quite unusual for a "tall" male (by Filipino standards). Filipino males usually have their growth spurt from 13 to 16 years of age. Normally, a male could grow up to about 4 to 5 inches in that period.

Maybe Parks had his growth spurt when he was 10 to 13 years old & he ceased on growing or he hardly grew since then.

I just hope that none of these tall Filipino kids being mentioned in this therad will have a growth pattern similar to Rayray Parks.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

                          • I know this kid, he is studying in a private school in Angeles City, Centro Fedei, where my 2 kids are matriculating. He is indeed very tall, I think he is 14 years old only, he is think just in grade 5. Haven't seen him play basketball though as the school is not a basketball hotbed unlike powerhouse schools Angeles University , Holy Angel University or Lubao High School of Vice Gov. delta Pineda. I hope he would be recruited or trained properly coz it's not common to have a 6-6/6-5 elementary student.

I guess not, he is just in grade school, grade 5, to be exact.

I think 3 of those kids are playing for the Mapua Red Robins, one of them is the 6'5 Bonifacio.
