That was the cost to bring the kid to the country and have him eligible to play. Depending on the agreement na lang yung allowance and other perks. The amount goes up if the player is already established locally, also depending of how good he is already.

So usually processing and travel expenses, food and lodging, some allowance and of course the scholarship. Add in na lang if they want to have a skills trainer. Numbers may have changed but around 200-300k most probably

If he comes from another ph school its the expenses incurred by the one that brought the recruit in the country plus some sort of finders fee from the handlers. And of course its also dependent on the player itself and where his at, expect mega bucks for someone like ben mbala.

Heck, CEU made a living farming/stashing all those FSAs for the UAAP.

NEU guy prolly just wants some additional exposure and just took the opportunity because it was the DLSU he was against.

Anyway, he won't be doing nothing anyway with all that big names on that DLSU team, prolly gonna get handle by the bodyguards even before doing something crazy.
I think he was ready to square up with Vhoris one on one, he charged into him hard and Vhoris just walked away towards his bench.

But he's not at Amores-level crazy to charge into a whole team by himself, probably gauged if other teammates would follow him.

Yup, both of them were dirty (trying to be enforcers). Duarte probably realized that when Vhoris last hit him, the game was going to end and he would not be able to retaliate anymore. He can't let him have the last hit.

At the end, DLSU was instructed not to walk to the middle to shake hands. A few NEU walked all the way over to them to shake hands, but they were followed by guys who were still heated so the teams got separated again. Duarte wisely stayed on their bench the whole time, his mom probably put some sense in him.

FSA definitely played it cool, he knows not to burn bridges against potential future teams lol.

Vhoris is one jacked man haha, his biceps bifger than duarte's legs. Nobody, heck even if the neu fsa did it, it may not even make a difference haha

Then in the dying seconds Voris gave a pabaon and Duarte just lost it. He only calmed down when a woman talked to him (probably his mom).

I was attentive to the "bodyguards" in the venue, you could tell they were standing strategically in the venue (VIPs in the room were Mayor Zamora and his player son + Santi Romero). It would be interesting what their bodyguards would've done if Duarte got close to the DLSU bench.
Only saw the 4th qtr but man the dlsu bench was just laughing it off, especially vhoris even motioning cry baby just after duarte body checked him.

Good thing his neu teammate were quick to pacify him and security and assuming his mom was there to keep him there in their bench. There was even a moment the commentators were saying he was about to charge to the dlsu crowd. I guess people starting to learn from the amores incident.

This has to be real awkward for phenom founder anton brodett since neu coach jay agsalud is a close friend and vhoris is one of his talents haha
