I think the 2024 UAAP finalists QMB/Cagulangan led Maroons and KQ/M.Phillips led Green Archers are on the same level with middle tier teams of US NCAA Division II sides…

The annual University Games in Japan (university champions league) started having US participant schools. If UP attends the next one, it would be a good barometer. Too bad QMB and Cagu will no longer be with the team.

Eric Altamirmo, Frankie Lim, Ariel Vanguardia, Boycie Zamar and Mike Buendia as front runners in the UE gig.

They will be significantly weaker. I would put DLSU with a returning Philipps ahead of them. It is all about the defensive big in the UAAP in the recent FSA era. Only that the "locals" have been the primary defensive players. After Philipps though it will probably be another FSA again. I don't foresee any other Filfor having his or QMB's defensive impact in the UAAP.

According to the tbt article, brodett is close friends with mike buendia, while eric altamirano was his mentor. He also knows boycie zamar while working with him through the jr warriors program. So im guessing any of the 3 will do.

What a joke. I hope UE kicks them all out and does a full rebuild. They're not bigger than the school and they're barely a F4 contender with them. UE is not even getting Phenom's best players, they're left with leftovers who overachieved. They usually peddle their mercenaries first to the moneyed glamour teams first.

Who is the main agent of Phenom Sports? Why is it powerful? Also, aside from the college kids, who are the more prominent players in its stable?

Phenom was also responsible for the exodus of players @ UST after the sorsogon bubble right?

Not sure but they've brought Dungo, Versosa and other RCs to UST high and of course Inigo is also there

Anton Brodett. They're not as powerful as you think, but the reason they'll have too big of a pull to anyone's team is because what they do is they bring in a lot of their players in that school amd when something they dont like happens, they just pull out everyone. Imagine doing that couple of months or weeks before the season. That team literally has to rebuild everything. Ask the red cubs, ask arellano on that.

                          • DLSU has quite a lot of Phenom boys on its roster, including its Team B.

Abadam, Gollena, Marasigan, Austria, Alian, Amos, Pablo, Dungo are all with Phenom if I’m not mistaken.

                            • Looks like Gemao is taking the KQ/Francis Lopez route

Andy Gemao was initially reported to be studying and playing for University of the Philippines as early as UAAP Season 88. However, that will not be the case for now. The 6-foot-1, high-flying guard is indeed committed to UP if he decides to return home to the Philippines. However, according to his father, Mark Vincent, […]

Its rumored that one of dlsu's main boosters is an investor for phenom.
