How can this player be eligible for S101, he is yet to enrol at present time. As I remember, NCAA havent change the residency rule of 1 school year. He will be eligible for S102, not unless NCAA change its calendar for Srs basketball, and have it played on January 2026.

Drex Delos Reyes because of his height but is he committed to the team already? Eligado is also an intriguing prospect. What will happen to the guys who will not be in the line up? Should tell them early to look for new team to transfer.

From my observatjons, nitura, gonzales, gulapa and delos reyes should be shoo ins. Not sure about manlapaz' headspace but dude has been out of the competitive level for 2 years so we'll see how he recovers his adamson form.

I think reyno will benefit with being demoted to team b for him to focus on his fundamentals. While guys like ryan, agemenyi and pantaleon are serviceable and could provide valuable experience for your team next year. Imo it wont be favorable for the defending champs if they have a high roster turnover. That finals experience was key for you guys last year and big reason why you demolished the inexperieced benilde team. Itll be more crucial especially if clint indeed goes pro. Not to mention meshing your returning players with those coming up from team b. It wont be as easy as you think.

The Cardinal bigs Gulapa and Delos Reyes almost play alike and are a PNR liability on defense. You can probably take one of them while the other is in the reserve or Team B.

There are reasons why they didn’t make Team A in NU so temper expectations.

There are reasons why they didn’t make Team A in NU so temper expectations.

They did make it to NU Team A, and played in UAAP S86 but with limited playing time, playing behind the FSA.

I am not optimistic with Drex, he is slow.
But for Joe Gulapa, he played great in Junior MPBL (U21) for Jr San Juan Knights, and leading MVP Candidate.

Should Clint Escamis forgo his final year, it will be a great opportunity for Cyril Gonzales, who once scored 37 pts (tournament holder) against San Beda (mix of Team A & B) in last year’s Asiabasket Tournament.

How old is drex and gulapa? I think both of them are better than Reyno. Jabonete will slide to 4 which is his natural position. Edward Ryan will battle Gulapa and Delos Reyes for the back up center position which Igliane is the main big. Is sapasap eligible for S101? He is also a promising recruit. Pantaleon, Valentin, Macaranas and Lazarte are pretty much the same. Should let go 2 or 1 of them. Anagbogu maybe next season.
