we are well funded in out favorite past time, the people in position to win us some hardware are just clueless on what to do. no direction, no vision.

That's reality.. atleast if we compare our program to other countries such as Indonesia, Thailand or India, we are better (per athlete - capita/budget) sports program as of today.. if you travel to those countries, their obsession to their favorite sport is too much than us in basketball.. imagine in Indonesia, they doing riot just for their loved sport (football), but overall sports program of Indonesia lately is disappointing...
