I don't think it's recency bias but the difference between our close games in 2014, 2016, 2023 and 2024 is that, in 2024, you have the feeling of confidence - something that was lacking in our previous games. Unfortunately, all of them were eliminated either through poor WC performance or by losing in the OQTs. They didn't understand the assignment. Only 1 team stands and is off to Paris. Their NBA guys, no matter what type of contract they sign, at the end of the day, still has NBA pedigree. lol. Still considered as among the best in the planet.
