His shooting needs work, and his wingspan isn't the longest. Still, he's a good defender, has a competitive streak, and a good work ethic. Hope he becomes a star with us.
This makes up for trading caruso for giddey

Right now, this will make Knicks more entertaining to say the least. maybe an improvement from last season and a deeper run in the playoffs. And in the business side of things, Knicks / MSG will even become more profitable with this signing. so more $$$$

The Nova boys probably are all ecstatic right now. they got to live their dreams of playing together in the pros.
      Sir Dotch,

many thanks for educating me for the nth time.

if the purpose is to had that Villanova vibes I get it, all teams need that winning culture within the organization in the same breath as the Heat, Celts, the Huskies and Villanova is also on that level as well.

I like OG and Pascal they really makes a difference to their new teams in the recently concluded season.

but on the other hand, we all know OG is brittle nowadays and in some degree are not fit on coach Thibs back breaking drills then the wise thing to do is to "sign and trade" the dude while he is still marketable and swap him with a player that could fit on Coach Thibs culture.

same with Julius Randle, it seems that the big dawg is quite glassy nowadays.

      that's my take for now.

hmm..there's a lot of underrated talents that was drafted today.

no the usual hyping here and there.

just plain and simple as per my observation.

Giddey is the true winner of that trade, age of consent on Illinois is 17

Still dumbfounded why chicago traded for giddey despite having better offers for caruso

The rationale was, "it's hard to get good young players." That's why they just traded for Giddey.

No issues with him basketball-wise, he's decent, and turns 22 this year. Thing is, after that rough playoff series against the Mavs, we could have gotten at least a pick.

Its crazy how that there is already 3 french players drafted in the first round. Zaccharie, Sarr, Dadiet. Feels like the France that will be competing in the Paris Olympics most likely will have an all NBA Players team or atleast 10 players from the NBA.

Edited: Turns out its 4 with No.6 pick, Tidjane Salaun.

France might be the future lol.

That 6th pick for the Hornets is a head scratcher. Analysts are not high on him.

Probably because Bronny is gaining media attention. Adam Silver is after that moolahs.

Thats what i was thinking as well. Medyo sad lang since some other invitees of the green room wasnt pick in the 1st round, like i saw a video of filipowski who was supposed to be a late 1st rounder pick and was invited on the green room tas di nakuha and he looks sad. Ending he has to go back tom for the 2nd round.

KCP opts out , would be difficult now for denver to teturn to the finals w/o Pope

LaL drafts bronny at 55, other teams should have held his rights hostage lol

Rich Paul won't allow it. Not a good idea to mess with a powerhouse agent who happens to be Lebron's puppet

They traded Reggie Jackson to get rid of some of their luxury tax and salary cap. So my guess would be KCP opts out to sign a bigger / longer deal.
