NY stacking up with the Villanova boys, feels like boston, milwaukee and philly are tiers above the rest of the east. Ler's see if the Knicks can rise beyond mid status

The Knicks urgency to get Bridges is due to Anunoby may likely go elsewhere this offseason.

          Sir SK,

          Man oh Man!!

I totally disagree on all levels with this one-sided deal.

          in my own personal observation.

          Mikai Bridges is not elite.

previous GM Scott Perry is a genius.

now who's the new GM?? Gerson Rosas.

oh dear!! Rose has lot's of thorns.

is this his very very first transaction?

          goodluck talaga.

          I do hope I'm wrong.

If the rockets can acquire durant w/o letting go of sengun, green and thompson, they’ll be competing for the 7-10th slot same as the 23-24 phx suns

its only a minimal improvement for the rockets

Not really going for a premiere player at this point. Knicks brass wanted Mikal badly because of his championship history with the Knicks core players Jalen, Josh and Donte. All 4 won in college in Villanova when they're together. Knicks brass thought that would translate to the NBA too.

Right now, this will make Knicks more entertaining to say the least. maybe an improvement from last season and a deeper run in the playoffs. And in the business side of things, Knicks / MSG will even become more profitable with this signing. so more $$$$

The Nova boys probably are all ecstatic right now. they got to live their dreams of playing together in the pros.

Its actually a good move by NYK ( i hope) , the Nova Boys + OG whom they successfully re-signed is good for at least a 5 year run. In any case they want those future picks back , they can always trade Julius Randle for them, and the money saved from the trade can be used to extend Isaiah Hartenstein

ESPN analysts last night in GET UP all agreed it was an excellent trade for the Knicks. Bridges is an upcoming young star who averaged 19 a game last season is a two-way wing who could match up with the Celtics.

ESPN pointed out Bridges advantage is DURABILITY. He has not missed any game since joining the association.
