If the PBA All-star festivities would be cancelled, would this mean the 2024-2025 PBA season would end earlier than planned?

Well, I hope so. Becoz if the 2024-2025 PBA season ends earlier than planned then that could mean additional few days of Gilas team preparation for the 2025 Asia Cup. An additional 4 to 5 days of Gilas team preparation would be of significant help to the national team.

Playoffs end in July if we keep the past all-Filipino playoff format.

In a time where we need as much training and rest time for Gilas, the PBA goes back to the Sun-Wed-Fri-Sat schedule for the conference closest to the Asia Cup.

TNT gets bludgeoned by NLEX. TNT’s Grandslam hopes doesnt look good. NLEX though is pretty deep with good PFs like Bahio and Ramirez even though they didnt play a center. Torres seems to have supplanted Alas as no. 2 option after Bollick.

TNT has signed RHJ into a 1! year "exclusive" contract.

As per spin.ph article, RHJ will be paid a monthly salary and will be expected to 'rest' in the times that he is not playing for TNT.
