No 2nd star for NLEX thats their problem. While other teams have at least 2 to 3 or even 4 stars who take turns in scoring or creating shots for their teammates, NLEX only has 1 with KEvin Alas still in the injured list. An engaged Robert Bolick gives NLEX a punchers chance of winning every game. But a disengaged Berto is a huge problem for NLEX since there is no consistent 2nd star to carry the team.

Did mocon regret moving out of ROS?pretty solid lineup composed of young guns.

JAvee Mocon was being lowballed by RoS mgt once his contract expired. Eventhough his production was so much better than Nambatac, Belga and Norwood, mgt didnt give him the same contract they gave to Nambatac which was the max. Also, they just drafted Santi Santillan in 2020 which the mgt felt will be the better fit for the team than Mocon.

They could have drafted Kemark Carino and James Kwekuteye instead of Rodgers, VAldez and Nermal. Carino will give them size and defense, Kwekuteye will give them a decent 2 way player who can also facilitate while Bolick is in the bench. such a headscratching move considering NLEX used to have former San BEda REd Lions coaching staff. i bet the higher ups decided to draft these 3 instead.

And here I think the quality of fil-foreigns playing in the pba right now is quite low. I'm hoping the next Asi, Danny. S, Menk, and Caguiao are on the horizon.

Yeah.

Mikey Williams was good. But he have some off court and attitude problems.

But these new Fil Foreigns like Lemetti and Barefield might be future stars.

Tiongson, Christian David, Holt, Villegas, Datu, Tuffin, Bates, Winston looks like solid players.

But yeah. I hope more Fil Foreign talents in the level of the names you mentioned above will be in pba future.

Especially, Big Men.

We might have QMB next season, then Maybe Hepa next next draft. And who knows, maybe Sage too. In 5 years.

Some big time company should buy this Northport team, they don't need to invest their time to tank for talent as this team can compete man.
