there should be a rule that the first 4 picks of each annual draft must stay with the team which pick them for at least three years. This is to avoid proliferation of farm teams and to contain tendency of some teams to go on tanking. Parity of teams must be in the rule book of each PBA board of governors…

If im not mistaken there was a rule like that which either led to CJ or brp jr setting in terrafirma for a while. Personally I dont really care about parity in the PBA anymore, what matters more to me is how Gilas prospects will be able to develop / join the right team so they can be considered for the NT
